Fantastic venue for a wedding reception.
We had our wedding reception at Welbeck Hall in May. We chose the venue because of the proximity to West Bridgford Registry office where we had our ceremony and the great location by the river Trent. The foot bridge next to the hall also turned out to be fantastic for our photos.
From the start, Melanie the Events Coordinator, was friendly and listened to how we wanted our day to flow. The food was excellent and there was plenty of it. We met with Darren the chef and he was happy to adapt the wedding breakfast and continental buffet to our tastes and requirements, including catering for my gluten free needs.
The hall is spacious and light and worked well for our wedding breakfast and evening entertainment and the bar area had plenty of comfy seats for guests to relax. All in all, it was the perfect place to bring our friends and family together to celebrate our special day.
