Nestled in a tranquil corner of the award-winning Valentines Park, you’ll find Valentines Mansion, a charming country house dating back to 1696. Surrounded by beautiful historic gardens and 130 acres of lush parkland, it’s the ideal choice of venue for the most romantic and intimate of weddings.

With its charming Georgian appearance, the Mansion boasts several elegant period rooms licenced for ceremonies, seating between 12 and 70 guests.

Inside Valentines, you’ll find the perfect mix of old and new - Ornate fireplaces, a grand staircase, a beautiful balcony, a striking 18th century Venetian window, all coupled with a lovely bright contemporary feel.

Take a stroll through the enchanting walled gardens and pose for a romantic photo in the Old English Garden, the Rose Garden, Long Water and Walled Gardens – all beautiful and picturesque backdrops to capture special moments from your big day.

Our ceremony only package includes use of one of our licenced rooms, each with its individual charm and character, registrars’ fees and ample time for capturing photographs of your big day, as well as the option of entertaining your guests with drinks after the ceremony in our Victorian Kitchen.

Weddings and receptions enjoy exclusive use of the historic building, as well as other benefits including the brides dressing room, red carpet entrance, and a dedicated wedding co-ordinator. We’ve handpicked some of the best specialist caterers offering a wide range of cuisines and the highest levels of service and our in-house bar is packed with a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for all to enjoy.

The perfect backdrop to your special day, the charming Mansion offers a grand staircase, 18th century Venetian window, ornate fireplaces, romantic balcony and many original features, coupled with a light and contemporary feel. The enchanting historic gardens provide a stunning backdrop to photos of your big day and look fabulous all year round. Capture picture perfect memories in the Old English garden, the 18th Century Rose garden, walled garden, Dry Garden and Long Water. Ceremony rooms to suit all requirements, from the smart and stylish Holcombe room for up to 6 of your nearest and dearest, the romantic Drawing Room on the first floor which seats up to 70 guests and also features a striking balcony. Various packages available, from ceremony only to making the Mansion yours for the day with exclusive use of the building for you and your 100 guests. Maximum number for ceremony is 70 guests. Choose your own caterers or opt for one of our approved. Valentines Mansion is located on the borders of East London and Essex. Easy to reach by road (just off the A12 and A406, close to the M11 and M25) with ample parking. We're just a 5 minute walk from Gants Hill Underground Station on the Central Line.
