Celebrate in style in our beautiful Olympic Pavilion and private gardens. Ideal for you and your guests to enjoy the perfect day!
Trailfinders Sports Club is one of West London’s premier function venues, boasting outstanding hospitality and sporting facilities at competitive rates.
This versatile venue, set in 20 acres of landscaped gardens with 3 modern pavilions, is perfect for conferences, meetings, corporate events, weddings, parties and other special occasions. Our experienced event management team are on hand with a professional and personalised service to ensure your occasion is a huge success.
We offer comprehensive packages which include venue hire and food and beverages for the day.
If you would like something a little different we can build you a bespoke quote for your special day. We also offer a wide variety of cuisines.
We are also an ideal venue for Wedding ceremonies as well, we can hold up to 170 guests in our Phoenix hall. After the ceremony we will transform the hall in to your beautiful reception area, during this time you and your guests can make your way through to the stylish castle bar or the private garden where you can enjoy a drinks and canape reception.
We will provide all staffing for the day including your own personal Wedding Coordinator, who will ensure the day will run smoothly from start to finish.

Trailfinders Sports Club is fully licensed for wedding ceremonies and civil ceremonies. Our licence is comprehensive and allows us to cater for weddings of any size.
When you book your wedding with us you will have your own personal wedding coordinator from start to finish.
You will have free use of any decorations from our events room including, glass bowls, mirror boards candelabras. We can also recommend a number of fantastic local suppliers for you wedding.

Meet the Wedding Coordinator
Sophie has been been a part of the Trailfinders Sports Club events team for 5 years now - working her way up to Senior Events Coordinator. Sophie has a wealth of experience planning and running events. She studied Events Management at the University of West London and has worked in the hospitality industry since a young age. Sophie takes pride in building amazing relationships with her couples & enjoys making the journey from the booking date up until the big day as memorable & stress free for her couples!

The food was delicious!
We were delighted that we chose this venue for our daughter's wedding. The venue is light and airy, has a license for wedding ceremonies and has plenty of parking. The food was absolutely delicious and well presented. The venue has a wedding package but they were flexible and fine tuned it to suit our wishes. The event planner, Anett, was wonderful which made the whole planning process much easier. She also managed the actual day and ensured all ran smoothly. We used a local florist, Blakes, in Ealing and would also recommend them for this venue as they provided stunning flowers.

We both wanted to say thank you so much for all your hard work & effort last Saturday. Our wedding reception looked amazing & we couldn't have asked for more. We were so pleased with every last detail, it really was a beautiful sight & we appreciate all your teams efforts on the day. The food was fantastic & all the staff were so friendly & polite. All of our guests had nothing but good & positive comments about the venue & meal so thank you again for helping us make our day as perfect as it was.

All our guests commented on how lovely the venue was and all the day guests especially commented on how much they enjoyed their food! First of all a huge thank you to the team a Trailfinders for our wonderful wedding reception. The day was flawless, the food absolutely delicious and the staff superb. I must say your team were wonderful, but a special call out to Sophie who was so patient with us when we asked so many questions. The chef was absolutely lovely and everyone (I mean everyone) said how wonderful the canapes were and how delicious the chicken and veggie option was.
I must also say so many people loved the fish and chips at the end of the evening and I think they probably saved a good few hangovers the following day. I was so surprised how quickly the supper went, it was very very popular. The room looked absolutely amazing, we really couldn’t have wished for a nicer venue, so a big thank you to all the team who were wonderful. Chris and I absolutely loved the day

I cannot thank Anett and her team enough. They were readily available and went beyond their duties to make sure that everything went well. Guests commented on how good the venue is and how well suited it was for the amount of indoor and outdoor space. The venue is clean and very well kept. We had arranged a BBQ which was exceptional, with plenty of food available. The DJ enjoyed playing at the venue and found that staff were really helpful.
I have great pleasure in rating the venue and the staff, Anett, in particular with a 5* rating.

Wonderful Day!
On behalf of my family I would like to take this opportunity to say what a wonderful day we had. The venue was perfect, and the extra space outdoors (and the weather of course) just made everything absolutely amazing. Your staff were fabulous and kept the drinks flowing beautifully all day. Many of the guests commented on how delicious the food was.

We had our wedding here & it was an absolutely amazing day/evening. The staff were really helpful & always on hand & nothing was too much trouble. They accommodated the wedding that we desired with no issues and the food was great!
Every one of our guests said they thoroughly enjoyed the day & the kids were able to make use of the green area & had such fun!
I'd definitely recommend this venue and if we ever had another party/function to plan for, I would definitely hold this at Trailfinders!
