Information For Tip Top Venues
Our Award-winning, family run venue, is designed to create a one-of-a-kind experience, that seamlessly blends the wonders of the outdoors with the comfort and elegance of a celebration space. Located on an 800-acre working farm, the focal point is our majestic tipis, standing tall amidst the lush landscape. You’ll have a dedicated team member allocated to your special day from the point of booking. Our team are on hand from start to finish, to support you through your whole Wedding experience and will be there with you on the day. You can discover more by viewing our brochure attached.
With our weekend-hire packages, you will get access to the venue the day before your special day from 10am to 3pm, to allow you time to add your personal touches and to ensure your vision comes true. On your Wedding Day, your suppliers will have access from 10:30am to begin their set up, they will be greeted onsite by our team to assist them, so you can switch off and relax into your morning Wedding preparations. The night must come to an end, with the music finishing at quarter to Midnight and then the venue closing at 12am. We’re lucky enough to have a cab company based on site and they ensure all guests get home and then the venue is closed and locked by our security team. The following morning, our team will be onsite for any guests that left their cars overnight and for any leftover items to be collected.
Here at Tip Top Venues, we like to give you as much creative freedom as possible with exclusive hire of our Lakeside location. We do ask that you use one of our recommended catering suppliers, but the rest is over to you decide. With seven handpicked caterers to choose from, whether your vision is an elegant plated dinner, a family style inspired buffet, or a rustic food truck, our caterers specialise in curating menus that reflect your tastes and preferences.
We’re lucky enough to have an in-house licensed bar, offering a seamless service experience. We understand that every couple is unique and your preferences may vary, which is why we offer personalised bar packages that can be tailored to your needs. We’ll work closely with you to create a package that aligns with your vision and budget, ensuring that your celebration is everything that you’ve dreamed of. Our attentive and helpful staff are committed to ensuring that you and your guests are very well looked after and their glasses are always full!

The location is breathtaking and views to die for. Mikayla went above and beyond to help make the day so special and all staff on the day couldn't do enough for us.

Throughout all the planning, Helen & Mikayla were quick to respond to any questions and accommodated all of our requirements for increased numbers.
When it became apparent that the weather wasn't going to be great, they quickly changed plans to give us the best possible set up for a wet wedding. On the day, their team battled against the elements and worked tirelessly to ensure that the rain didn't spoil things and that we all had a wonderful day.
Whilst the venue is truly stunning in the sunshine, having the rain and wind just made everyone gather inside the tipi's more than they probably would have done and the party started as soon as the ceremony finished!
