Perfect day
Had my wedding here on the 11th of July and it couldn't of been more perfect. I had the best day of my life. Reel and all at the Willows were amazing and was so helpful in organising and preparing the wedding in such a short period of time The food was to die for. All our guests are still talking about it now and saying it was the best wedding they have ever been to! I wish I could do it all again. Thank you for making my dreams come true and making my day so perfect.

Exceptional service from the team
My Son Nickesh and Daughter-in-law Khushel had a Gujarati Wedding, Welcome Drinks & Reception on the 14th August 2021. We received exceptional service from the team at The Willows especially Reel, Mina and Sonu. Reel helped us to make our event amazing by adding little touches like live JALEBI stations and live Tavas at lunch time! The food was absolutely spectacular and the level of detail that went into the small touches were exceptional. The atmosphere was extremely vibrant. Our guests absolutely loved the venue and service provided. During the Welcome Drinks, our guests loved the scenery, the sunset and the ambience, it felt like we were in a different country! Our event would not have been the same without this venue. At the end of the night people did not want the event to be over! Thank you so much for helping us to organise excellent event! Absolutely fantastic
If I could give 100 stars I would!! Absolutely fantastic. Gurpinder, Mina and Sonu were the most amazing people to work with and made me and husband feel at ease! My wedding date changed several times and my Sikh ceremony was done during Covid and they made the impossible possible for me and I can’t thank Gurpinder and the team enough. The reception was fabulous and all my guests are raving about the food. Nothing is too much for this team - I could’ve asked for 5 food tasting sessions to have the food perfect and this wouldn’t be a problem. A wedding in general is stressful to organise let alone during Covid but the team at willows made it all happen and then smashed it at the reception! Reel stayed with us throughout the entire event and made sure he pulled out all the stops and I just can’t be thankful to the team. THEY WILL NOT LET YOU DOWN NO MATTER WHAT HAPPENS. YOUR event is THEIR event. Thank you ever so much and may your business flourish and be even more successful!

Firstly I would like to thank the management of Willows, especially Mina who made it possible for my daughter to get married having gone through two date changes without any issues. The event eventually took place on 1st September 2021 and Mina even took time out to be there on the day to ensure everything was organised so that our event would go smoothly. The 2 main staff looking after us were Sunil and Claudia, who constantly kept checking on all. The event was a success and all the guests were happy with the hall, food, catering service and nice prayer area upstairs. I would recommend Willows to anyone. They are very professional and well organized management team. Our daughter/son in law's wedding and evening reception was successful throughout. 100% positive feedback from our side. Large parking space and safe. Has WiFi. Comfortable and clean.

Very nice venue
Very nice venue. Plenty of parking. Open grounds. Nice water display at the front. Upstairs is spacious for a smaller function but the main hall is lovely. Nice and open. Attended here for a wedding function of a family friend... was a great evening.

Thankful for a fantastic wedding venue
We had booked our event pre-covid and eventually needed a date change. Mina and Reel were really accommodating and made sure to honour all that was discussed in our original contract even though a fair amount of time had passed and naturally we were in and out of communication through lockdown. We had a wonderful tasting session pre-covid and we had several further meetings to discuss the finer details of the day including table layouts, itinerary and suppliers. Email communication was frequent all the way up to the wedding day. On the event day, the whole team was at hand to help and the final décor and food was amazing. Very thankful for a fantastic wedding venue with great facilities such as changing rooms, balcony and water fountain. And very grateful for the amazing friendly service by the Willows team. Lots of compliments from our guests! Once again want to highlight the great help by Mina and Reel throughout. Thank you for making the wait all worthwhile
