The Spead Eagle Hotel, Thame

I would definitely give the hotel 5 stars. We booked the venue last October during Covid, most of the staff were on Furlough we were shown around by a general staff member rather than events coordinator/wedding planner. She was amazing at making us feel comfortable and giving us loads of ideas! By the time we got home she had already sent us an email with the answers to all of our questions that she couldn't answer on the spot.

We had another lockdown after this and the hotel has been busy catching up with the backlog of weddings from the last couple of years. However, they have always been really helpful and get back to me so quickly- it's ridiculous how many questions a prospective bride has!

We are very much looking forward to our wedding here next September.

Cannot thank the hotel enough even with covid they have always kept up communication and answered questions we have sent them without delay. They are so friendly and the food is second to none. Look forward to many happy years together remembering our special day at The Spread Eagle
