The stunning Riverside Glasshouse is set in Jephson Gardens, a beautiful 200-year-old park overlooking the river Leam to one side and a tree-lined pond view from the terrace.

The building is encased in glass and really offers something different for your wedding guests. The event space is connected to the beautiful Temperate House (indoor botanical garden) a sensory experience not to be missed. Licensed for up to 120 for a civil ceremony, your guests will be blown away by the stunning views of the river and gardens as they enjoy drinks on the terrace. The venue offers a beautiful and unique setting for your wedding day.

We had the most amazing and fabulous wedding at The Glasshouse, Riverside Restaurant. It absolutely blew us away!! Its a truly beautiful location and Steven and his team are wonderful. The food was exquisite and everything ran like clockwork. Nothing was too much trouble. I can't thank Steve enough for all his help. Highly recommend

Awful experience
Really awful experience trying to use this as a wedding venue. We originally had a viewing appointment and had to reschedule. On the date and time of the original appointment, my partner received a rude phone call accusing him of not cancelling. After checking his emails, the owner apologised and we put it down to a bad day. Today, we headed to our appointment time of 12-1. We walked around aimlessly unable to find anyone to help and nobody answering the phone. After 15 minutes, we received a text message saying he was in a meeting and he would call us later. My partner text back advising we had an appointment to view at 12, and so we could not wait for a call back later. At 12:25, he arrives outside brandishing his phone at us showing our appointment in his diary at 1pm. We confirmed again our own email confirmation and calendar invite at 12. At this point, he tells me that my face looks like o want to murder someone and so he isn’t going to show us the venue after all, and told us to leave as he didn’t want to work with us. Gobsmacked, I told him that we had taken time off work and both interactions with him had been rude, but had he been able to apologise to us and eventually invite us in then we may have been able to put the incidents aside as ‘mishaps’. He continued to insult us and refuse to show us the venue, all on the steps outside in view of all passers by.
It seems the owner is unable to recognise, admit and rectify his own mistakes and preferred to try to pass blame onto us, insult us and refuse to honour the appointment.

I can only imagine how he would behave had we booked and something go wrong in the booking process or on the day of the event. Terrible attitude, awful experience and I suspect the only saving characteristic of this venue is the location.

Such a beautiful venue in the heart of Leamington Spa. A giant greenhouse with tropical plants and even gold fish! The wedding coordinator Steven Holland has made every stage of the process easy and stress free, catering to everything we want our wedding day to be.

The service we received from Just Inspire events was beyond our expectation from start to finish. They had a vision of how everything would be planned out which surpassed what we could have ever imagined. We held our reception at Jephson Gardens (with our ceremony across the road at the Pump Rooms and ran by the same people). Everything seemed to go without a hitch or at least we were unaware to any problems.
We started the reception with drinks and canapes and an acoustic duo who performed on the terrace for our guests (and any lucky passers-by!) to enjoy. We then had food which many of our guests commented was the best food they had ever received at a wedding. For mains we had the roast beef or vegetable terrine and for dessert we had the cheesecake. I can highly recommend both!
Steve, Sarah and the rest of the team are so professional yet so friendly and will really do their utmost to make your day special (they even had a dance with me at the reception!)

Perfect autumnal wedding
We had our wedding ceremony at the Royal Pump Rooms and reception at Jephson's in October 2019 - it was beyond incredible! Both venues have recently undergone a refurbishment and are so beautiful - Jephson's perfectly compliments the adjoining indoor garden / Temperate House. From the first time we made contact, communication with Steve and Sarah was easy and we felt very looked after. They helped make our day unique and didn't just offer a package deal. They were the first venue to ask us what WE wanted and not just present us with a brochure! We planned our day with Steve and Sarah (Clive and Russell also helped us create our menu which turned out to be fantastic, we've had SO many compliments) - they made everything we wanted doable and nothing was too much. We used quite a lot of external suppliers which can complicate things but everything came together on the day as the venue handled everything. The venues are gorgeous, the food was delicious and we couldn't fault the service - would highly recommend JustInspire!

A wonderful day!
My son and his wife had their wedding ceremony in The Glasshouse during the Covid Restrictions. As a result there were only 12 close family present. The room was beautifully prepared and there was a lovely calm atmosphere. Steve and his staff were very kind and helpful. They had been very accommodating with respect to the day needing rearranging due to Government restrictions. We are very much looking forward to returning next year for the reception/party.
