As a privately owned hotel we place great importance on each individual wedding.

Our wedding co-ordinator is available to assist you with every detail and requirement throughout your planning of your wedding day from enquiry through to the day itself.

We have two beautiful function suites to choose from.

The Lowther Room:
Catering for the smaller more intimate wedding. Maximum capacity 40.

Georgian Suite:
Caters for the larger wedding for up to 135 ceremony and 200 guests in the evening.

We have 61 bedrooms from single rooms up to 2 bedroom suites with sea view.

Each wedding is completely unique and special to our bride and grooms, and we love seeing their dreams become a reality! I've been a bride myself, so I understand the stress you go through when planning your big day. So my favourite saying is 'no question is too big or small, or silly! please always ask!'. Myself and my team are always on hand to help anyway we possibly can.

Our wedding co ordinator was wonderful nothing was to much trouble for her or
the staff. Everything was perfect from start to finnish the food was superb and they accommodated all our wishes. I cant recommend the glendower highly enough.

From the minute we booked our wedding Co-ordinator Sophie, has been amazing. I give the ideas and she makes them come to life. The venue is classical and beautiful too and just across the road from a gorgeous beach.

Only just booked but the hotel have made a great impression so far. Prices are very reasonable compared to some other places we have enquired at.

The wedding coordinator has been very helpful and the function room is beautiful.

We have recently booked our wedding at The Glendower. We absolutely cannot wait for our big day! The venue is stunning and is situated right on the promenade and directly round the corner from a stunning little park where we can have our beautiful wedding photos taken. We are so excited for the 22nd July 2023!
