The Charterhouse is a seven-acre site of beautiful buildings and gardens with origins dating back to 1348. On the edge of the City, it is still an almshouse charity, first established in 1611.
We offer an extraordinary backdrop and extensive event experience to ensure an absolutely perfect day here at the Charterhouse. If you choose you can get married, blessed and have a party or reception all on site - and dazzle your friends and family with our monastic cloister, Tudor hall and chamber, and the tranquillity, arbours, and hidden corners of our gardens.
