Out of this world!
From the day we booked our wedding in June 2019, we were completely looked after by the team at the biscuit factory. Postponements during covid were dealt with by all of the staff with compassion and a desire to help. Nothing was a hassle or too much to ask. For that alone, we’re eternally grateful. Menu tastings, planning meetings and email correspondence were all spot on and nothing was ever too much to ask. The day itself was like something out of a fairytale. The Biscuit Room looked incredible and the staff went out of their way to make it the best day for us. The highlight for us was most definitely the food. Never have I had all three courses to such an exceptional standard. Completely superb. Our guests are still talking about how it was the best wedding food they have ever had! We’ll never be able to thank the staff at the biscuit factory enough for giving us the most special day we could have dreamt of!

Fabulous wedding party at the Biscuit Factory
Words cannot express how wonderful a venue the Biscuit Factory was for our wedding party. Our guests described both the gallery, where we held our drinks reception, and the Biscuit Room, where the rest of the celebration took place, as 'stunning.' We opted for the Indulge package and every element was superb - cocktails, canapes, food, wine, champagne and supper. The roaring success of the evening was made possible through the excellent co-ordination of the Events Team, who were so very helpful, supportive and attentive throughout both the planning phase and the delivery on the night. The result was an occasion that we and our guests will remember with the greatest pleasure for the rest of our lives. We recommend the Biscuit Factory without the slightest reservation.

Superb in every way!
I really cannot give enough praise to the staff at The Biscuit Factory for running our special day so smoothly and discretely. Nothing was too much trouble, no stumbles, no last second panics. They were just brilliant! The venue is simply beautiful! The artwork and decor in the gallery is a perfect backdrop to a ceremony. The drinks reception and canapés were lovely and again was ran smoothly and attentively. The wedding breakfast food was gorgeous, all our guests commented on how lovely it was. If you are unsure about booking this venue then my advice is book it quick! You will be over the moon that you did’

Beautiful, chilled and perfect day - exactly what we wanted
We had the most perfect day and can’t thank everyone at The Biscuit Factory enough. It was absolutely perfect, we opted for our ceremony in Artisan for a chilled, loft-like feel followed by drinks in the art gallery and our breakfast and dancing back in Artisan. Faye and the team were amazing, they accommodated lots of finishing touches and a few personal requests and the planning was completely stress-free. The best day EVER
I don't even know where to begin with telling everyone just how amazing our wedding was at The Biscuit Factory. The whole process from start to finish was effortless from everyone involved. Our original wedding date was changed due to Covid, which was devastating for us, however that was short lived as the AMAZING events team did everything in their power to make sure everything was still achieved for us as more on our new date. The communication from day one of even looking at the venue was outstanding, we can comfortably say although we of course fell in love with the venue itself and its unique beauty, we knew we wanted to have our special day here because we knew how special the staff would make it. Any questions we had were answered in such a timely manner and we were constantly reassured there was always someone there to answer any query we might have. Even before the day happened, we were blown away by everything and everyone and their kindness. The day itself eventually came and WOW, we could not have imagined anything more. The venue itself is simply stunning, there are so many different rooms with their own quirks, we married in the gallery which was just breathtaking. Every single guest has commented on how beautiful the ceremony was up there, teamed with the most gorgeous photos being taken in such a place, all our dreams came true. We had our evening reception in The Biscuit Room which was nothing short of perfect for what we wanted, the size, the beauty, everything was perfect. We never knew how the day would go and how we would feel, but we can whole heartedly say our day wouldn't have been anywhere near as perfect if we were anywhere other than The Biscuit Factory. Memories that will last forever, for which we are eternally grateful for. We couldn't recommend The Biscuit Factory enough, simply amazing.

Super helpful
The biscuit factory have been so helpful! We were trying to plan a wedding within a year of engagement and they replied so quickly which made it easier. We also don’t live in Newcastle so they very helpfully did a video tour of the venue for us so we could make a decision quickly

Beautiful Venue with Amazing Food
We had an incredible day at the Biscuit Factory, the venue was beautiful both for the ceremony and for the reception. The food was exceptional and we had a lot of people saying it was the best wedding food they'd ever had. The venue is convenient for the Quayside and a lot of people walked back to their hotels at the end of the night.The biscuit room was very spacious and the bar was well staffed, there's also a good stage for a band.
The only real issue we had is that we didn't feel the day was particularly well organised, there was nowhere to put coats and presents before the ceremony and then we were unsure of where to go after the ceremony, once we had gotten into the biscuit room after the drinks reception everything was very smooth and the food service was all on time. But before this we were all a bit unsure what we should be doing. We had guests and our photographer asking us where to go, so it would have been helpful to have more direction in advance so we could have told our bridal party what to do.
One of the "extras" suggested with The Biscuit Factory was to contact the Tyne Bank Brewery about brewing our own beer for the day. As this couldn't happen due to covid, we selected to have bottles as wedding favours, which we were led to believe early on in the planning stages that this would be fine. It was only a few weeks before the wedding we found out we had to pay for corkage on this. Had we known this at the time, we might not have done this. It was still a great touch, but having that information up front would have been nice.
Overall it was a great day though and we'd recommend the biscuit factory

Couldn't have asked for more
We held our wedding reception at The Biscuit Factory just over a week ago, and it was everything we could have wished for. The venue itself is gorgeous - we were in The Biscuit Room, which we were worried would look too big and empty as it's a large space, but actually, even with relatively small numbers (around 60 for the day) felt the perfect size, lovely and bright, with lots of room. We loved how the atmosphere could change in the evening too with different lighting. Lots of guests said how much they enjoyed being able to look around the gallery. Faye and the team were incredible, so helpful and made nothing feel like an inconvenience, even dealing with Covid-delays, and last minute changes to numbers and seating plans (even on the day itself!) The food, of course, was amazing and we loved being able to customise our wedding breakfast menu. Overall, we were so glad we chose The Biscuit Factory for our special day, and really couldn't recommend it enough.

Beautiful venue, fantastic attention to detail and an excellent day all round. Like many, our plans had to be adjusted several times due to COVID but Faye was absolutely brilliant in helping us rearrange & plan with ease. Communication was consistent & nothing was too much trouble.
