The independently owned Abbey Hotel in Redditch. Worcestershire is situated on a lovely 175 acre estate that once belonged to the now ruined local Abbey.
Whether it is a traditional wedding, a civil ceremony or partnership, we provide the ideal surroundings for that extra special celebration.
Magnificent views of the grounds mark out the impressive Henley in Arden room as a fitting location for a marriage service and our elegant, spacious suite will compliment your reception and the ensuing celebrations.
Allow yourself the finest of experiences with red or white carpet treatment, tantalising cuisine that will be the talk of your guests, a choice of beautiful setting ideal for that perfect wedding photograph and complete peace of mind that your big day will be one of the blissful memories set against a charming and evocative landscape.
Your dedicated event manager will guide you through your day, when nothing will be too much trouble and your every need will be attended to. We will listen to your ideas and advise on how we can make your celebrations an occasion you and your guests will remember forever.
Your wedding breakfast, chosen from our tremendous range of menus, will be prepared for you to try well in advance so that you are completely happy with your selection. If you have a favourite dish we will design our package to suit you.
Our wedding venue can hold a maximum of 120 for a civil ceremony and wedding breakfast and then a maximum of 220 for an evening buffet reception.
All of our wedding packages include the following:
• Dedicated wedding co-ordinator who will help and advise you on planning your day
• Dedicated manager on the day who will offer support and “hands on” help throughout your wedding day.
• Manager will perform a master of ceremonies role on your wedding day
• Red carpet on arrival
• Table linen
• Printed menus for the wedding breakfast
• Use of silver or gold cake stand and knife
• Photographic locations as agreed with your wedding co-ordinator
