The venue itself is stunning, but what really makes it is the helpful wedding coordinators who nothing is too much trouble for. We also looked at lots of other barn style wedding venues, but this was the only one with onsite accomodation and somewhere for me and the bridesmaids to stay over the night before which was really important for me

Our venue is the most beautiful and idilic venue. It’s set in the countryside with the most amazing scenic views. The venue is so beautiful that there does not need much, if any added decorations needed. The staff are so helpful and can not do enough for us. Can not wait to get married at this amazing place.

From the moment we both walked in, we instantly knew this was the place for us! From the beams, glass Window feature and even the chairs, we just loved every single detail. We were shown around by a lovely gentleman who showed such a passion for the venue and what it provides and this just amplified our love for it. Once we had booked, we were then assigned Tammy as our wedding co-ordinatior. Tammy is a breath of fresh air. I can’t sing her praises enough! No question is too big or too silly and she has helped make the planning process such a smooth journey!

We are really looking forward to our wedding and think that we have picked the best venue! They have been very helpful and we loved our first meeting with coordinator Tammy! Nothing has been too much trouble so far!

Swancar is a stunning venue in an idyllic location. Set back on the trowell moor in Nottinghamshire, with fields all around. It is an exclusive wedding venue so your wedding is not shared with anyone else! Beautiful bedrooms, a night before cottage for the bridal party and stunning reception rooms! Our wedding coordinator Rebecca Potts-Perkins is doing an amazing job, explaining the arrangements, helping with any questions we have in preparation for the big day. All in all we are so happy to have chosen Swancar as our wedding venue!
