The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh has been pushing back the frontiers of surgical knowledge since 1505. We apply that level of care to hosting truly unforgettable weddings.

Choose between antique oak-panelled ambience or light, bright contemporary sophistication in spaces that cater from 10 to 175 guests in comfort. You can even opt for both, making use of our campus over the whole day. Your guests will enjoy the change of scenery and our range of venues provide stunning photo opportunities on a day you'll never forget. What's more, with no turnaround needed, each venue will be ready and waiting for you.
Our expert team are here to help you enjoy your special day while resting in the knowledge that every detail has been taken care of. Your Wedding Co-ordinator will be with you from the very start. They will identify your unique requirements for catering, entertainment, layout, and accommodation and use their knowledge to pull together a seamless day.
Your overnight guests can revel in the luxury of our sumptuous hotel in which every last detail has been thoughtfully taken care of. Ten Hill Place Hotel is Edinburgh's largest independent four star hotel, and exclusive guest rates are available. Included in the £95 per person package is a Skyline Room for the happy couple, featuring captivating views of Edinburgh.
Surgeons Quarter has been running events at the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh since 2006. The profits we produce go back into the College, helping to fund the advancement of surgical training and research around the world.
Please note that as we are part of a working College, we limit the number of weddings we have each year to preserve our history and to continue to provide the highest level of surgical training. As such, we cannot accommodate weekday weddings or weddings during the month of August.
