The house is so beautiful and spacious, the grounds are just breath taking

Getting married at Shuttleworth was a dream. Their wedding coordinator Georgia was on hand at every step, and the day ran so smoothly because of her. Gorgeous venue with beautiful grounds, and we are so thankful to every person of the Shuttleworth team who made our wedding day on to always remember.

The wedding coordinator Georgia, was knowledgeable and super friendly from the first communication. Being shown around the venue, Georgia was so understanding of what we wanted and was able to offer advice on how different rooms could be used/set up and use of space. I feel confident of having her as the coordinator on the actual day

Shuttleworth, you are amazing! It was in October 2019 that we celebrated our Marriage Blessing in The House, and it was absolutely perfect in every way. The Wedding Team helped and supported us in every detail from the very beginning of the day until the final guest had left after breakfast on the "morning after the night before". But Adam, Georgia and the entire Wedding Team did more, much more, than look after us on our Special Day; they were always available to us if we needed them, from the day when we decided that Shuttleworth was to be our chosen venue, right through the planning stages, and then on the Day itself.
The House is magnificent, the grounds are glorious, even in October; the accommodation is comfortable and exceptionally clean. The Wedding Breakfast was delicious and served in the most elegant style by a team who looked immaculate and were so well rehearsed in serving the three courses. They were courteous, discreet and efficient; serving our appreciative guests
and us in a manner that would grace the finest of hotels anywhere. We still cannot quite believe how fortunate we were to have been shown such generosity; the whole House was opened to us for our unforgettable Marriage Blessing. The grand Entrance Hall, the elegant Morning Room where we held our ceremony facing the beautiful front grounds, the magnificent Saloon where we enjoyed our Wedding Breakfast, the Drawing Room where we and our guests danced the evening away; oh, and the gorgeous and intimate Dining Room where the cake and the most delicious cheeseboard was served during the evening celebrations. We were treated as though The House was our home and never once were we made to feel anything other than "special". We have nothing but praise for not only the efficiency of the Wedding Team, but also for the personal and genuinely caring manner in which everyone at Shuttleworth performed their particular roles. Georgia and a big "thank you" to everyone behind the scenes, many of whom we did not get to meet personally, but who obviously gave themselves wholeheartedly to make our Day such a memorable occasion for us.
We would highly recommend Shuttleworth to any couple who are planning their Wedding. Why look anywhere else? It is hard to imagine there being any other venue that could be better than the Shuttleworth Wedding Experience.

Your comprehensive care and great attention to detail on this your 1st post-Covid lockdown wedding was greatly appreciated by not only Indra and Duncan, but by all of those who witnessed the ceremony too. It certainly went far beyond what we thought you would be able to deliver, given all the continually changing government restrictions being placed upon you hosting wedding events at this very difficult time.
Obviously the wedding was not quite as we had all originally planned last February, but, despite all the Covid restrictions along the way you turned it into a most wonderful day for us all. The beaming smile on Indra’s face all day and the tears in Duncan’s eyes said it all!

“We booked our wedding at Shuttleworth with 5 weeks to go due to late change of venue as previous suppliers were not performing. Have to say it was everything we expected and more. Beautiful place to get married - everything on the day was perfect - the ceremony took place in the lovely billiard room with gorgeous view of the grounds, and then back to the drinks reception. After this we had full use of the ground floor for the rest of the wedding. Food was lovely and all well catered for. Georgia the wedding planner was so efficient and clearly enjoyed her job and always responded immediately to emails and phone calls. So glad we did last minute change of venue and looking forward to seeing the full photos with such lovely backgrounds”
