Hi, I’m Sophie and I manage the weddings at Wisley. I have always loved the garden and take great pride in helping create a spectacular events that will be remembered forever. One of my favourite parts of the job is that the couples who choose Wisley are all unique in their own way and therefore all the weddings feel different. Our friendly team enjoy building relationships with our couples to understand what matters most to them about their day and then help them to build the wedding of their dreams. We work hard to make sure that on the day our couples can relax and enjoy it all while we look after the all the arrangements. We hope to welcome you to Wisley soon.

Assign someone in your wedding party to be the main point of contact for venue and suppliers on the day of your wedding, so you can truly enjoy every minute.

We distinctly recall our first visit to Wisley in 2021 – it followed a full day of visits to venues which weren’t quite meeting our dreams. I vividly remember our mood being transformed from disappointment to delight when we walked around The Glasshouse, The Waterlily Pavilion and their beautiful surroundings. We were so excited to have found somewhere that was truly stunning but with a fun feel, and that perfectly fit the bill for the type of wedding we were after. Having been shown round by the team, we were also excited to have found an events team we felt could deliver and would be great to work with.
Over the next 18 months, you were all superstars! You answered all our questions in detail and made amazing suggestions, you allayed our concerns by being flexible and accommodating, and you worked seamlessly with our suppliers. Special thank you to you, Sue, for leading the charge – thank you!
On the day itself, you left no stone unturned to make sure Sakshi & I could enjoy our wedding stress-free. A particular thank you to you, Sophie, for looking after us so amazingly on the day – not only did you make sure we could have the fullest experience of our wedding day, but you were also a genuine pleasure to be around.
