Faye is the head of Oxleaze Barn and has been working in the wedding industry for 10 years. Along with Kath and Hannah, Faye looks after the day to day running of the barn and is at the end of the phone to answer your questions. We all have our own unique stories regarding our own weddings but most recently, Faye had a wedding with just 5 in attendance due to Covid-19 so true empathy and understanding is felt for all couples by this team. We pride ourselves on knowing our local industry well, having a flexible and approachable yet professional and supportive approach to looking after you. Our team come from different sectors within the events industry and therefore we often find that couples like to work with each of us differently, Faye is creative and has a lot of experience in venue design and 'changing spaces', Hannah has a wealth of local knowledge, knows all of the great places to go to make a glorious cotswold trip out of your wedding weekend - perfect for all of your guests, and Kath is well equipped for dealing with any last minute changes no matter how big or small. We've had caterers not turn up, suits not fitting and of course all kinds of weather but Kath is utterly unflappable. At the top of the tree is Katie, Katie's parent own Oxleaze Farm so Katie can often be found walking the grounds with her young boys or taking them out for a ride on Totty the Shetland pony! (our team mascot!). Katie has settled into family life but loves nothing more than seeing you come and go over your wedding time and is always there to support the team. On your wedding day, you may notice Matt, he is essential on the day for making sure the cogs are turning - loading logs into the fire pit, altering the lighting, making sure your suppliers arrive and leave safely but he is so stealth he is often unnoticed!
