Our aim is to make your special day a truly wonderful experience for everyone involved and help create memories to treasure forever. You and your guests have exclusivity, and we encourage you to take over all parts of the property including the stunning gardens that provide wonderful photo opportunities. Our aim – to create an environment very much like having a party n your own home but without all the hard work.

Mere Brook is fully licensed to host your wedding ceremony which can then lead on to the wedding reception and finish with fun on the dance floor well into the evening. You are welcome to decorate Mere Brook to your hearts content and our front-of-house team will be on hand throughout the day to ensure every detail is perfect for you and your guests so you can relax. Our kitchen team will provide a wonderful wedding breakfast, with a bespoke menu to meet your dietary requirements, using home grown and locally sourced seasonal produce. We can accommodate 60 guests for a formal sit-down meal or if you’d prefer a more informal buffet or BBQ, we can cater for up to 100 guests.

To make the most of your special day, why not book the coach house the night before, and enjoy a delicious pre-wedding supper. On the morning of your wedding, you are welcome to bring in an external team to assist in preparations including a photographer to capture those special moments. Whilst we can provide a much-needed breakfast… and let’s not forget the fizz.
