The Mendip Spring Golf & Country Club is home to our newly refurbished Churchill Suite - the perfect setting for your big day, taking you right from Ceremony through to your Evening Wedding Reception.
The Groom & Groomsmen can enjoy a round of Golf to calm those nerves and excitement the morning of the Wedding, while the Bride and her Tribe get ready in our gorgeous suite equipped with a separate lounge & Kitchenette. As well as plenty of room for getting ready, the Suite is just across the way from the Ceremony room, meaning as little stress as possible in the final moments before you say 'I Do'.
Our Churchill Suite can accommodate up to 70 Day guests & 150 Evening Guests. With subtle decor and a neutral colour scheme, this Suite sits in the middle of its very own lawn & courtyard - Perfect for those groups photos, Arrival Drinks & general mingling with your wedding guests.
Take advantage of the lush surroundings and hop-aboard a Golf Buggy for some fun & unique Wedding pictures like no other on our Course. Hitch a ride to the 18th hole & capture a photo in front of a beautiful sunset & water fountain. It really doesn't get any more romantic than that.

We are licensed for civil ceremonies and partnerships, we have two dedicated rooms for your ceremony, and this gives you the convenience of having your ceremony, wedding breakfast and evening reception all under one roof. All civil ceremonies are to be carried out by registrar who comes to Mendip Spring, we are happy to help you arrange this.
Our chefs are proud of the current menu selection, but will endeavour to accommodate personal choice wherever possible. This of course means that you can trust your special day entirely to us, and rest assured that memories of your wedding will be as wonderful as the day itself. Our highly experienced catering team will support and advise you as you design your perfect menu. All of our food is carefully prepared and cooked on-site; add champagne and fine wines, and your wedding breakfast will be complete. Choose a menu to suit your day, we offer fantastic seasonal food, with dishes to please everyone, including your younger members. We pride ourselves on our flexibility, and the dishes presented on our current menus represent a small selection of those our chefs are able to prepare, so if you have any specific requirements, we will be delighted to discuss them with you.

The spacious Churchill Suite is self-contained, has its own bar and can accommodate up to 100 guests seated theatre style, or up to 150 for a buffet presentation, 120 seated on round tables. This attractive room features wood beamed ceilings, floor to ceiling windows and terraces looking out onto the Lakeside golf course and surrounding Somerset countryside. There is ample room immediately outside the Suite for a marquee, barbeque or hog roast.
