Information For Love Tipis

We are a Tipi, Stretch Tent, furniture and decorations hire company based in Sussex. Our knowledgable, friendly team boasts seven years experience of holding fabulous Tipi events!

How It Works
1. Submit a website enquiry to let us know your location, guest numbers, and initial preferences for seating options
2. A Love Tipis Office Angel will create a bespoke quote and return it to you within a few days. You’ll also be sent a full brochure and price list so we can begin to shape your day!
3. We will arrange a complimentary face-to-face meeting with Love Tipis Director, Stewart. He will confirm suitability of the grounds where your tipi will be placed, discuss your power and space requirements, and answer any technical questions you might have
4. You will pay a 25% deposit to secure your booking - from now on an Office Angel will be on hand to answer all your questions, source any items you’d love that we don’t stock ourselves, and happy to edit your order all the way up to one month before your event
5. If you need a generator or portable toilets we can quote and outsource this for you. Want a band? We have a special friendship with a Live Music Agency who can provide you with professional, experienced function bands covering almost every genre. We know the perfect person if you need a PA or Sound Engineer. Over the years we’ve built up a network of suppliers that we trust and enjoy working with, so if you need recommendations for caterers, florists, mobile bars or anything else, just ask!
6. In the the lead-up to the final weeks, your wedding becomes priority in the office. Any last-minute changes or additions are finalised and if the weather forecast isn’t playing nice then we will talk you through our options for weatherproofing your whole day.
7. Our crew will arrive to build your tipis 2-3 days prior to your event, leaving plenty of time for furnishing and decorating to your hearts content.
8. Fill your tipis with your favourite people, and enjoy!

We carry a range of Tipis in tan and off-white, along with stretch tents We have a variety of furniture and an array of decorations, and we are always expanding our stock Our professional, knowledgeable and passionate team takes pride in doing whatever we can to help our clients, from the office staff who receive your initial enquiry to the crew that build your structures You'll get regular communication between booking and the event date, a complimentary site visit, and even help to source venues and other suppliers We can also take care of the booking and organisation of luxury toilets and generators We can supply everything you need to create a themed Tipi event, whether it's a rustic, relaxed day or full festival vibes for the whole weekend!
