Liverpool Aigburth Hotel, Sure Collection by Best Western is a wedding hotspot: a favourite choice for anyone who wants a superbly organized wedding in a magnificent historic venue surrounded by gloriously landscaped gardens. In short it’s a bride’s – and a photographer’s – dream.

Our recent refurbished Fountain Suite is now a strikingly beautiful space for anything up to 170 guests. Along with state-of-the-art sound and lighting systems, it offers a romantic trinity of sparkling crystal wallpaper, ‘wow factor’ chandeliers and its own walled garden with pergola (at night it has to be seen to be believed with a dome of twinkling lights above the classical figures). For smaller receptions – and no celebration’s too tiny for us – we have the Sefton Suite and stylish Glasshouse, overlooking lush parkland: the stage for a gorgeous wedding breakfast.

As any wedding expert knows, it the little touches that can make a difference to your big day. The Liverpool Aigburth Hotel, Sure Hotel Collection by Best Western offers special thrones for the bride and groom – Posh ‘n Becs anyone? – along with hand crafted crystal candelabras and a medieval sword for a stylish cut of the cake. Add in our lovely landscaped grounds with their fountain and drizzle of statues and your celebration promises to have an extra dash of flair.

Of course it’s down to our staff as well, the relaxed yet professional service is vital to any successful wedding. The team includes our brilliant coordinators and planner Gillian who combines vast experience with superb contacts, and a passion for getting every bride’s & grooms wish, right down to the smallest detail, granted on the day. They’re backed up by our award-winning kitchen that can conjure up the perfect banquet, buffet and canapés for any occasion.

We are not known as one of the best wedding Venues in the city for nothing.
