Myself and Julie who work closely together in the Events team at Hintlesham Hall has over 40 years’ experience in the wedding industry between us. We are both very passionate about our job, along with all members of our fantastic team.

Every wedding celebration is unique and myself and Julie will work with you from your initial enquiry to the day itself to create your dream wedding.

Coupled with the Hall’s reputation for excellent food, friendly and attentive service, luxury surroundings and fantastic photo opportunities, all blend together to ensure that you have a truly special wedding day.

The hotel has four unique rooms which are licensed for civil ceremonies, should you choose to have your wedding ceremony at the Hall.

The Hall is a photographer’s dream, offering extensive grounds and a stunning interior for those all important, memorable pictures.

Prior to your wedding day, we are able to offer you a complimentary menu tasting for the bride and groom and recommend wines to complement your meal to ensure that you are totally happy with all aspects of the wedding breakfast.
Every wedding couple has different ideas, we have created three different packages for them to choose the day that is right for them. Whether they are having a church service or civil ceremony, below are some ideas to get them started, however, we will always try to be flexible and assist them where we can to make the perfect wedding day for them:-

1. ‘Exclusively Yours’
If your numbers are 64 guests or above and you prefer to take over the entire hotel just for your wedding party together with 32 bedrooms for overnight accommodation, our ‘Exclusively Yours’ option is the one for you.

2. Your ‘Hintlesham’ Wedding
If your numbers are between 46 and 135 guests for any day of the week, with or without evening dancing, Your ‘Hintlesham’ Wedding is the right choice for you.

3. Your ‘Intimate’ Wedding
For the smaller wedding from 2 to 45 guests with no evening dancing but just a relaxing day with possibly an informal evening drinks’ reception, Your ‘Intimate’ Wedding is designed with you in mind.

Once you have decided upon the date and type of wedding that you would like, we will be happy to provide a personalised quotation for you. The suggested ideas which include the most popular wedding items, but they can be tailored and upgraded to suit your individual requirements.
