This venue is an all in one venue, with the option of an outdoor ceremony when weather allows. All catering is taken care of on site by the team, with a varied menu.

Me and my Husband were married here on 19th November 2022 and had the most magical day. The hotel sits upon a clifftop and honestly gives you the most stunning backdrop for wedding photos even in November!

For the wedding itself we had use of a separate ceremony room (the Great Hall) which had a barn type feel and came with complimentary fairy lights and garlands which enhanced the room beautifully. Our wedding breakfast was held in George III room and comfortably fit our 80 guests. The food quality was exceptional and they were able to cater to meat eaters, vegan, vegetarian and also for my young nephew who has coeliac disease. For the evening do we went back into the Great Hall and danced the night away with our chosen DJ. Within the Great Hall there is a private bar for wedding guest use only.

The communication I had with the venue was mainly via email and some face to face visits, the staff were very professional, friendly and quick to respond to any queries.

The lodge rooms in which we stayed were spectacular with stunning views and a great place for bridal/grooms party to get ready.

Please note that the hotel allows exclusive use for one wedding only per day however there may be pre-booked non wedding guests staying there. For example we booked our Saturday November 2022 wedding in May 2022 and the hotel already had 14 rooms taken by non-wedding guests.

Final note - if I was to do it all over again I would still choose this venue!!

We are so excited to get married at Raven Hall! Such a stunning location over looking the yorkshire moors and coast line! The team have been super helpful (sorry for all the initial quote re-works!) highly recommend! The great hall for the evening reception is absolutely stunning, with an outdoor ceremony (fingers crossed for a warm dry day!)

A truly lovely wedding weekend at Raven Hall Hotel. Staff were incredibly helpful, and couldn't do enough for us. The Viking room was perfect for our small wedding and a delicious evening meal afterwards.

We are so so excited for our venue! Gemma lambert is doing an incredible job helping us book and organise! The views are stunning and it is by the coast which makes us feel so close to our babies in heaven. We are also having a Harry Potter inspired wedding which is so exciting and the venue definitely accommodates that feel!

After looking at many MANY venues we were so pleased to find Raven it ticks every box for us and all the staff we have interacted with have been great even when we have just popped in for a coffee can’t wait to have our wedding there!!!
