Easthampsted park is one of a kind. It’s a beautiful building with a fantastic stain glass window. The staff are very friendly. The ground is amazing for perfect photos. If you have not looked at the venue then please look at it

Our dream wedding venue!

We could not have asked for a better wedding venue and wedding coordinator! Easthampstead Park is a beautiful mansion set in the Berkshire countryside. So happy that I can have my hindu wedding ceremony there as well. Our wedding coordinator, Amy is friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. Nothing is too much hassle!

I can’t recommend Easthampstead Park Hotel highly enough. The grounds and hotel are beautiful and the staff are friendly yet professional. Our wedding planners Hannah and Lili were fantastic, they were sensitive to our family situation and made both of us feel so special throughout the whole process. Everything was wonderful , the food was superb , the drinks flowed and the outside ceremony was perfect. We wish we could do it all over again !

Wonderful Wedding Day

We decided on Easthampstead Park after another venue wasn't giving us the service we hoped for. By changing the venue to EP we weren't disappointed. In fact, everything about our wedding from the planning with Hannah and Liliana to the actual day itself couldn't have been more wonderful. The venue is absolutely stunning and to have the wedding outside in the pergola was amazing. However it was the staff that really made it extra special. Nothing was too much trouble, any changes we requested were made without fuss. The food was exceptional, most of our guests commented on the quality of the food. The bar staff especially Rene couldn't have been more welcoming to the guests and made sure our glasses were constantly topped up. The junior suite was amazing, overlooking the stunning gardens made it so special to get ready for our wedding. All in all an amazing day made more special by the wonderful staff at EP.

A HUGE THANK YOU TO EASTHAMPSTEAD PARK!
Hannah was our event planner and main contact up until and during the event. Not only is she amazing at her job, but also the loveliest person. She brought our dream to life and we can’t thank her enough for that. She was there all day whenever we or anyone needed her. She was so attentive and went above and beyond (especially taking my mum and bridesmaid to the church when the supplier messed up the cars!). Our day really was more than we could ever have dreamed of and a huge reason for that was Hannah. Also a HUGE thank you to Rene, he too went over and above to make sure we were fed and watered all day! He really didn’t stop and again was so attentive to all our needs. He kept things moving all day and was always on hand for us and our guests. He kept a smile on his face all day, even after hours of working. His attentiveness didn’t stop even after the wedding day, and even though the hotel had another 2 weddings after ours, Rene still checked in on us, making sure we were ok, had had food and supplying us with drinks. He is a true asset to the hotel and our whole experience would not have been the same without him. The reception staff (apologise I don’t remember all their names), but there were two in particular, a man that was working the day before and the day of our wedding, and a girl that was working the day after. Both were absolutely fantastic. Again, both so attentive, making sure we were ok and helping with any queries we had. Our guests all felt in safe hands from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Whilst the hotel is stunning, it is the people that make a place and you really all do make that hotel what it is! You are the reason we will come back for years to come and that is testament to all the hard work behind the scenes you put in to making it all happen. Thank you will never be enough, but I really hope you know just how much we appreciated all your hard work and efforts. It was a day we will never forget! We highly recommend to anyone thinking of booking Easthampstead Park for your wedding or event. You will not be disappointed. We don't regret a thing!

The Best day!

We had our wedding, both ceremony and reception, at Easthampstead Park in Sept 2022 and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect day.
The grounds are stunning and the Junior suite was an absolute dream to stay in for bridal preparations. The whole venue has been recently refurbisheded to a very high standard and well maintained so everything looks fresh and polished, but the building hasn't lost it's original charm. Hannah and Lilly were fantastic with helping us plan in the lead up and on the day itself. The staff were all so attentive throughout. The bar manager, Rene, and his team were extremely welcoming and enthusiastic from the moment we arrived to set up on the day before. He always made sure we had a drink in our hands and checked in frequently to ensure we were well looked after, which we certainly were! This was even more impressive given there were two other big weddings that weekend, the day before and the day after ours, plus a 40th birthday party on the same evening. This didn't impact our event in any way and is a testament to the professionalism of all the staff. Simon the Head chef and his team prepared the most wonderful meal for us. We changed quite a few things around but all of his recommendations were spot on. The dishes were beautifully presented and all of our guests felt very well looked after, regardless of their dietary needs. Easthampstead Park went above and beyond to give us the most wonderful wedding day and we couldn't recommend them enough!

On first meeting with Hannah she made us feel comfortable and that whatever we wanted was possible. All our wedding dreams came true, in the most beautiful setting.

Easthampsted park since re-Ferb is an amazing beautiful grounds for any wedding!!! The team were flawless Hannah made it so easy for us and took a lot of stress from any married to be couple to be. The Banqueting manger was fab and attentive . All our suppliers said how amazing the communication was with Easthampsted park. The rooms are 5* and Bridal Suite is amazing ! They went above and beyond to give us the best day of me and my Husband life. Thank you !!!
