Built in 1818, the much-loved Hall was designed by famous local architect, John Dobson, most well-known for his vision for Newcastle Grand Railway Station. Crafted from mellow stone, with its ten acres of formal gardens and manicured lawns, featuring Europe’s largest yew tree maze, Doxford Hall is a dreamy, romantic and photogenic venue, and one of Dobson’s finest houses in the area. I am very knowledgeable, approachable and flexible in my approach putting the emphasis on the happy couple to make it personal. Very calm under pressure and can have a understated calming influence on all guests especially the bride & groom. I am here to support you through this, ask for assistance and help no matter how crazy it sounds. I would also recommend that you are to have a plan/list and stick to it, it can really assist and delegate some tasks to close family members / members of the bridal party to make them feel involved.
