On the day, the service staff were fantastic, lots of our guests have commented on how amazing they were and that they are the best venue staff they've come across. The food is absolutely to die for and it was brilliant to able to give our guests so much choice and to know each course was going to be absolutely delicious.
My husband and his party really appreciated the drinks to settle their nerves on arrival too!
We want to thank all the staff involved in the fantastic running of DeCourceys and can't recommend the venue enough. Their combination of affordability, flexibility, personalisation, incredible food, warm hospitality and talented staff is truly exceptional and they deserve every award!
Lewis has the best sense of humour and we instantly felt comfortable, like we’d known him forever. This continued throughout the planning and prep, Lewis and Abi were on hand whenever we had questions or wanted to pop in and they were absolutely the reason we booked with DCM above all else.
Throughout the process we were supported, guided and advised and ultimately, DCM could not have done enough for us, they created the most incredible, perfect wedding day which ran like a dream. Nothing was too much trouble and every little detail was taken care of for us.
We got married on 21st December 2019 and although it was close to Christmas which is one of their busiest times, on the day, everything was turned round so quickly with the team delivering a 5 star service. During the wedding breakfast, food service ran like clockwork with everything coming out to guests without a hitch. The food is one thing we have to highlight, simply incredible from start to finish, our guests haven’t stopped talking about it!
We also were able to stay at the venue the night before and they accommodated guests who were travelling down even though they had a Christmas party on which we were so grateful for. We also have to give a huge thank you to Mary, Nicola and all the staff who worked during our day, they treated us like princes and it was a complete honour to share the day with them.
We cannot thank DCM enough, from the bottom of our hearts, we are so grateful for everything they’ve done, the day was a complete dream come true and it’s really no wonder that this magical venue has so many awards, you really cannot get better. Our guests have said how wonderful the venue was with many saying it’s the best wedding they’ve ever been to from a decor, service and food point of view. De Courceys are first class in every way and we couldn’t be happier, the memories we’ve made are so special and it’s all thanks to them.
If you’re considering venues for your wedding, you will not find a more accommodating, special place than this, we can’t wait to return to see the team in the future and see the exciting new extension they have planned.
