At Crowcombe Court we can offer civil ceremonies for up to 100 guests and evening receptions for up to 150, with a choice of different ceremony areas.
The Great Hall is our most popular room for a civil ceremony and can seat up to 100 guests. The intricate, original Italian plasterwork provides a grand and luxurious backdrop to exchange your vows, not to mention the beautiful staircase which is perfect for your wedding photos.
There is also a beautiful outdoor ceremony area for everyone looking to celebrate in the great outdoors. This beautiful gazebo is the perfect place to say I do in front of all your loved ones.
The Victorian Ballroom makes for a wonderful setting for your formal Wedding Breakfast and can seat up to 100 of your guests. With its high ceilings and stunning chandeliers, it is a beautiful room for you to celebrate your first meal as a married couple surrounded by all your family and friends.
After the formal elements of the wedding celebration, guests can dance the night away in the Vaulted Undercroft. Often described by guests as ‘your own private nightclub’, the setting is magical, and bands or DJs really enjoy performing in such a unique location. This room is also the perfect place for your photobooth and makes for some great photo opportunities.
Within the main house there are 12 magnificent bedrooms. Each bedroom is unique – they all hold character furniture which continues the feeling of traditional grandeur, some boasting four-poster beds and luxurious bathroom with both a roll top bath and shower. Your guests can also stay in our 3 onsite apartments which are perfect for families. During their stay, resident guests have access to the principal drawing room, the Great Hall, beautiful gardens and lake.
