Here at Cricket St Thomas we like to describe ourselves as a hidden gem in the heart of Somerset. If you're looking for a marquee Wedding and panoramic views, then we are the perfect venue for you.

At Cricket St Thomas Golf Club we offer our marquee suite, set in beautiful parkland with outstanding views across the surrounding countryside. It caters for up to 200 guests for a Wedding Breakfast and up to 400 guests for your evening entertainment. With a fully stocked and staffed bar, stage and dance floor, everything is ready to go for your celebrations.

We also cater for more intimate gatherings in our Horizons Suite. Located on the first floor of our Clubhouse, up to 80 guests can be accommodated for a formal sit-down Wedding Breakfast, again with a dance floor area and fully staffed & stocked bar. We are also pleased to offer the option of enjoying your Wedding Breakfast in our Clubhouse and your evening party in our marquee suite.

If you decide to hold the whole of your special day at Cricket St Thomas Golf Club we also have a contemporary, newly refurbished, Fully licensed Civil Ceremony Room. Neutrally decorated to match any colour scheme.

Our award-winning Head Chef has prepared a varied menu, using fresh local produce, and with full waitress service you can be confident that your guests will be looked after by our friendly and welcoming team.

As we believe we are a hidden gem in the heart of Somerset, we provide every couple with a Golf Buggy. To experience the stunning and panoramic views of the Blackdown Hills.

Our all inclusive packages start at £4250 for 60 day time guests and 100 evening guests. This includes Dedicated Wedding Coordinator, Civil Ceremony with Chair Covers, Use of the Marquee for your Wedding Reception, White Table Linen and Napkins. 2 Course Wedding Breakfast with tea and coffee, arrival Somerset Cider Cocktail & Glass of Wine with you Meal, Sparkling Wine for the Toast, Pork and Turkey Baps for the Evening Buffet.

We also offering bespoke packages to suit your needs.

Katie Messer, has been absolutely fab, we are an extremely tight budget due to my partner being made redundant and me o my being part time coming off of maternity, she has done everything she can to help us have a fab wedding with so little financial capabilities. we had our wedding reception at cricket st thomas golf club on Saturday 21st September. katie was amazing she stepped up when others had let us down. Also Denise and the staff really made the room come together and made sure we had the best night possible. would highly recommend this beautiful place for a couple to have there special day.

Choosing a venue to hold your wedding is by far one of the hardest decisions to make but we 100% made the right one!! From the ceremony, to the meals, to the staff everything was absolutely amazing! We were throughly complimented by guests on the organisation and food. Katie, the wedding organiser is a credit to the Golf Club. From start to finish she was just incredible and we cannot thank her enough for making our day run smoothly and for ALWAYS making us laugh! All the staff were great and they couldn’t be faulted. We are so happy to be married, but will sure to miss Katie and our fun leading up to the wedding. Thank you to everyone involved. From Mr and Mrs Scriven.

I would just like to say a massive Thankyou to Katie and her team at Cricket St Thomas Golf Club for helping make our dream wedding possible! Katie is extremely good at being wedding coordinator, from replying to emails pretty much instantly or being available for a last minute meeting which was great for disorganised brides like myself! Katie was there on the Friday before to help me set up, and she was there until the very end of our wedding night, I don't think I saw her sit down until gone 12.30 that evening making sure everything was running smoothly! We had so many complements on the food and many complements on Katie and her team! Anyone who is looking for a venue which also has incredible views, they have there own area for photos with the most beautiful views, and the fun part is you get to travel there on a golf buggy! Again, cannot thank Katie and her team enough for making our day simply perfect, Mr & Mrs Whitefield xxx

We got married at cricket st Thomas golf club a couple of weeks ago and can honestly say it was the best venue we could have chosen! Katie, the wedding Co ordinator was amazing from our first meeting all the way through to our wedding day! She was super organised and helped me so much with the planning of the day! On the day of the wedding Katie and her team made sure the day ran smoothly so me and my husband didn’t have to worry about a thing! The ceremony room and marquee is the perfect venue, they cater for everyone and the staff are amazing! Cricket st Thomas golf club did not disappoint, we had the most perfect wedding on Saturday. Katie and all the team where amazing from start to finish nothing was too much and every detail was perfect, our family’s where so impressed and we had comments saying it was the best wedding they had ever been too! Of course we where lucky with the weather but it was the venue and staff that made this day go so smoothly. We had our wedding at Cricket St Thomas Golf Club and I can’t even begin to thank Katie, James and the staff that were on that night, enough! Katie put her all into our wedding and made the marquee look jaw dropping! Katie was there for us throughout the whole day, morning, noon and night! We really were given first class treatment! The food was beautiful, our guests can’t stop talking about it and Josh loved the golf buggies... a little to much haha! Katie and James felt more like friends than they did wedding coordinators and I will forever be thankful for giving us a day that we will never forget and will always treasure!
