We are a family owned 4 Star Hotel located on the North side of Oxford. We have 49 bedrooms, an AA Rosette awarded restaurant and Car Parking On Site.
Whether you are considering a champagne-and-canapés reception or a sit-down dinner followed by dancing, our Norham Suite provides the ideal space for your celebration. Open access to the Mediterranean-style garden courtyard adds a special dimension to summer weddings.
We only hold one wedding per day to ensure we can give you our full attention and you can relax and enjoy your special day.
Planning a wedding can be a delicate and time-consuming operation. The Cotswold Lodge Hotel has a team of wedding co-ordinators on-hand to help and support you every step of the way. Ironing out the order of proceedings to event managing the big day itself, our team of experienced wedding organisers will make sure everything goes without a hitch.
Our wedding planners offer:
• Organisational support and advice throughout the entire process
• Dedicated planner throughout to ensure your day is as you have planned
• Point of contact for suppliers (florists, photographer etc) if required
• Event management on the big day
• Co-ordination of catering
The hotel is also licenced to hold civil ceremonies on site. These can be held in the bright and airy Norham suite for up to 100 guests.

We are here to help and guide you every step of the way. We listen to your every need and adapt to make your dreams come true. We only hold one wedding per day to ensure we can give you our full attention and you can relax and enjoy your special day. We are also licensed to hold civil ceremony on-site. We offer a range of bespoke packages and a pick and mix package for your personal customisation. The prices are starting at £1,300.00 (Cedar Package). As main wedding co-ordinator, I would be delighted to personally meet with you and show you around our main venue space and many features here at the Cotswold Lodge. I hope to hear from you soon.
