Information For Chilli Barn
Chilli Barn is a dedicated wedding venue offering exclusive use. It opened in 2014 and is part of a family farm business. We have our own in house chef to cater for our weddings.
Chilli Barn is an enchanting rustic wedding venue set in the picturesque surroundings of Chevin Forest Park and meadows overlooking Lower Wharfedale. The traditional Yorkshire stone barn was converted in 2014 and is the perfect place to create lasting memories in an intimate, relaxed atmosphere. Hire includes the day before your wedding to give you the opportunity to decorate the Barn at your leisure.
The daytime capacity for ceremony and dining is 66, rising to 90 for the evening party. We can add a yurt, teepee or marquee to your wedding package to extend space available for reception, dining and chilling out. You also have use of our large lawn with straw bales, fire pit and space for games.
The in-house catering team offer delicious vegetarian menus freshly cooked in our own kitchens. All packages include wedding planning by one of our co-ordinators, allowing you to relax and enjoy the day as everything has been expertly coordinated. The extra time also gives you the opportunity to decorate the space to your exact requirements. All packages include wedding planning by myself or Bex allowing you to relax and enjoy the day as everything has been expertly coordinated. The venue also boasts excellent transport links and accommodation within easy reach, so it's easy for guests to make a weekend of your celebrations. The staff couldn’t be anymore supportive and friendly. Making sure we have everything and including us in ideas and keeping costs down as much as possible.
Menu being vegan friendly is lovely
But also having one meat option too is great. Just a lovely barn all round.
It has breathtaking views and beautiful blooms in Spring, Summer and Autumn.
It has a lovely little team and really has the vegan and vegetarian at its forefront for food choices for the wedding breakfast.
It has beautiful scope for those beautiful wedding photos with the original brickwork for stunning barn and rustic photos and the stunning breathtaking views over Otley itself.
The Chilli Barn has it’s own little magical spark made even prettier with its twinkling fairy lights as dusk and evening approach.
All the staff at the chilli barn were outstanding! They couldn’t have done any more for us, whatever it was that we needed they made it happen! Thank you so so much!

Chilli barn offers unbelievable (!!!) tasty food, great service and they are very understanding and accommodating every sort of newlyweds requirements ;)
We asked for 100% vegan catering and what we got blown us and our guests away - we have received so many compliments about the food, we wereso pleasantly surprised as we didn't have a chance to taste anything before!
We loved the authenticity of the barn, the location (fields and cows), beautiful scenery around and the barn itself.
