Set within 1,500 acres of beautiful parkland, Chatsworth House is a truly elegant wedding venue. We understand that every couple has differing ideas when it comes to the perfect place to say ‘I do’ and have designed a range of bespoke packages to create a special day, whatever your budget, style and requirements catering for intimate weddings of 20 up to 200.

The Carriage House combines grandeur whilst retaining a modern and relaxed feel making it the perfect choice for our weddings at Chatsworth! Arrive in style via Lodge Hill into the courtyard where you will have a grand entrance into your ceremony which can seat up to 120 guests. You will then have a champagne and drinks reception in our conservatory area, complimented by a fully stocked bar and your guests will have the option to roam our gardens whilst you will be taken for your exclusive photographs around the gardens. Guests will then be invited to your wedding breakfast which can seat up to 130 guests which is then followed by your evening reception which can hold 200 guests.

Chatsworth House is an amazing venue. We go there several times a year, all towards round. When we decided to have our special day there we were introduced to Emma and Jess the weddings team. Jess has been absolutely amazing, our wedding is slightly different to most weddings as I can’t physically have an all day wedding as my illnesses make it impossible for an all day wedding. We can’t have a full wedding breakfast and a evening reception as I would be very poorly and in bed for days on end after it. So Jess had adapted my wedding day to a day that I can enjoy and remember for all my life.

From the first contact with the Wedding team we were impressed. Hannah was really helpful, all the catering staff each time we visited were so polite, friendly and helpful we knew they'd be great on the day. Although we had a little over 3 months to plan the day we had all the help we needed from Kay and the team. They prompted where necessary, left us to plan it in the way we wanted and were available for queries. Hazel was invaluable on the day itself and our wedding was perfect.

Everyone says they wedding day is the best day of there lives and it's so true, it's not just about the couple it's about the whole day and Kay and her team make our day so special I can't thank them enough, nothing was a problem I was so looked after from having drinks brought to me to having my dress carried! Staff so friendly and helpful.Everyone was so happy and enjoyed the whole wedding in fact many people said it was the best wedding they have been too! The whole atmosphere was magical.

To say our experience at Chatsworth House was perfect would be a gross understatement. Throughout the whole planning process, the actual wedding day, and all other aspects pertaining to our wedding went exceedingly well. Hannah Lord, the Estates planner took excellent care of us. As we live in America, all of our corespondance took place via phone and email. We truly had the dream wedding, for which we are truly grateful to the lovely Hannah Lord.

On meeting Kay for our first visit, we knew we were in safe hands and it would be something very beautiful, which it was from start to finish. The wedding team are fabulous and nothing was ever too much trouble. As a bride there are lots of things that you worry about but the team took our visions and turned it into a reality and answered every question and query and even changed things last minute due to ill guests. They could not do enough for us. All of the staff from the wedding team to the chef to the servers were polite and professional and everyone at our wedding could not speak highly enough of their capabilities
