Our experienced team are here throughout the planning and preparation of your wedding, offering a personal and professional service. You can contact the team by phone or email and ask anything and we will do our best to help. Three months prior to your wedding, our dedicated event manager will invite you in for a planning meeting. This is to discuss the finer details of your event and agree on timings so your day runs smoothly. We will invite you to a menu tasting two months prior to your wedding for you to sample the food and make your choice for the day. The day before your wedding you can bring any items you require for the wedding breakfast room set up and store in our exclusive wedding preparation cupboard. Your event manager will be on site all day of your wedding and will help with the following plus any added extras. * Set up for you in the morning, decorations, name place cards, favours, seating plan, reserved ceremony seating cards, post box etc * Assist your suppliers if required * Meet and greet guests as they arrive * Pin button holes if needed * Liaise with registrar to ensure ceremony runs smoothly * Discuss timings with photographer * The grounds offer a beautiful setting for photographs and whilst you capture the moments, we will host the drinks reception * Move any decorations in turnaround time if required * Work with Best Man/Woman/Ushers/MC * Welcome you in for the wedding breakfast * Provide microphone for speeches * Update catering staff with any last minute changes to table plan * Invite you to cut the cake and first dance * Remain on hand until the end of the night You will be invited back for a two course meal on your First Anniversary at the Clubhouse Restaurant
