Alderley Edge Hotel is located in one of Cheshire’s most picturesque villages with views across the beautiful Cheshire countryside. Our stunning Wedding Venue can accommodate up to 120 guests or smaller for a more intimate affair.
We only ever have one Wedding per day so you are guaranteed outstanding service and a dedicated and knowledgeable team. With your own exclusive bar and a private entrance, we will ensure that nothing is too much trouble for your special day.
Our beautiful gardens are available for pictures or simply for some al fresco drinks throughout your day.
The food at Alderley Edge Hotel never fails to impress. Your Wedding breakfast will be catered by EXECUTIVE CHEF COLIN STARKEY. Colin will work closely with you to ensure he knows exactly what you want on the day.

Just a short introduction to you all… My name is Lucy Wilson and I am the Wedding & Events Office Manger at the Alderley Edge Hotel Bar & Restaurant. I have been in my current role for 18 months now and I thoroughly enjoy it. Hotels have been my back ground for over 15 years now with previous roles including Operations Manager, Front of House Manager, Executive Head Housekeeper in various Hotels in Cheshire and Yorkshire. My Team in the Events Office consist of Laura my (Events Co-ordinator) and Lian our (Hotel Administrator) and as a Team of 3 we work very well together and ensure that all our clients are looked after to a very high standard throughout their time at the Hotel. The Hotel is a wonderful place to work and there is a great Team within the Hotel who are also very dedicated in ensuring that the customer journey is second to none. But due to Covid had to re arrange this twice. We are now getting married in August 2022. The wedding venue have been amazing, Lucy the wedding coordinator has been amazing, no issues with changing the dates and made sure we are happy with it all and gone through so much even through lockdown. She is making our special day so far easy to arrange and will make it special for us. It’s amazing hotel and can’t wait for our day.
There are a handful of people who I would like to name…firstly Gaynor, She was so efficient, really listened to us and
attention to detail was just excellent on the build up to the day and in all the planning and organising. Jamie, he was absolutely lovely and couldn’t do more for us. Mark, he was fantastic on the day, anything I asked for he did it and was really sweet too.
The food was excellent and many of the guest commented on the delicious starter (the goat’s cheese soufflé). We also had huge praise for the beef and of course the sticky toffee pudding was just delicious. It tasted like a beautiful three course meal rather than just standard wedding food. Well done chef and kitchen staff!
