I am based in Plymouth - Britain's Ocean City and absolutely adore South West...so many beautiful locations... Whether it's a small intimate gathering, a wedding or a corporate event, I will provide you with a service carefully tailored to your needs. Everyone deserves to be able to enjoy their special moments, without the unnecessary stress (and let's be honest, planning is not always fun and games), with my creative personality and calm approach, you can sit and relax - I will bring your vision to life or inspire you with ideas and create an event that exceeds your expectations. I am passionate about planning and organising - it's in my nature. I have organised my own wedding (abroad, 130 people and I was only 21...) in 2013, shortly before graduating with a degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management. After the wedding, which was truly amazing, I have realised that creating events is something that I really enjoy doing and ever since I have been actively helping friends and family with event planning including weddings, baby showers, Christmas parties, gender reveals to name a few. During my time at university and planning events in my spare time, I have built a great network of suppliers who will go above and beyond your expectations. I have worked as a coordinator for an international organisation and over years I have learnt incredibly useful skills: listening - listen to your clients, get to know them; attention to detail - all little details are equally important in the planning process ; always have a plan B - being proactive is my key skill, even in personal life, I always have a plan B! I always knew that the corporate world was not for me...so I have decided that it was the right time to launch MG Events, use my knowledge and skills and do what I really love.
