We have taken the opportunity to build a luxurious and enjoyable new space for all of our customers, with a particular focus on our Bespoke Jewellery consultation room. The space has been fitted out in our brand navy with gold detailing throughout; designed with style and comfort in mind to create an area where customers are happy and comfortable talking through their expectations for their dream wedding/engagement rings. Not only is the space beautifully designed, but it even has its very own bar stocked with complimentary champagne and cocktails, creating a luxurious experience for the lucky couples that visit us.

We offer our customers two different levels of customised designs for their wedding and engagement rings. We have our standard step-by-step process, in which customers take control of the materials and style of their ring, based on a selection of styles, and even choose their own diamond. This process caters to all budgets, especially with our diamond selection process, allowing the customer to find a diamond within their price range.

We also offer our complete bespoke package. This is a more thorough process in which the customer has complete control over every aspect of their ring. Rather than choosing from a range of options, this service offers the customer the opportunity to truly create a truly unique ring, perfectly designed to their requirements. All of our rings are handcrafted in the UK too.

Initially, we will sit down with our client to discuss their wants and needs, asking in detail about the metals and stones they’d like to include while studying any example images or sketches they provide to get a clear picture of what they are looking for. After this initial meeting, the customer will then receive an invite to a follow-up appointment in which we go over the sketches which our designers have mocked up. Once these sketches have been approved and finalised, the customer will receive a 3D render and wax model. Our bespoke engagement & wedding ring service allows couples to be as creative as they desire when producing a totally unique, one-of-a-kind ring. After your first consultation with one of our ring experts, we will then mock up designs, including a 3D model before you're entirely happy with the outcome. Then we will begin crafting! Our prices are nothing short of accessible. We believe that every bride & groom deserves a ring that speaks to them on a deeper level than most, which is why we cater to all budgets.
