We are a master qualified floral design studio and store, specialising in bespoke continental-style floristry for weddings and events.
Here at Norris Floristry, we feel honoured about every wedding we get to be involved in. Whether it’s a large and lavish affair or a smaller, more intimate celebration, we are proud to create the perfect floral backdrop for your big day.
With a wealth of experience, we will be designing, creating and transforming your ideas and visions into truly exquisite bridal flowers, centre pieces, moon gates, arches and venue decorations.
Our signature designs and style capture nature and seasonality, translating them into sumptuous arrangements that create a stunning atmosphere and the perfect frame for your wedding.
We offer free wedding consultations to all our prospective bridal couples, during which we hope to get to know you a bit better and learn more about your ideas and plans. We also offer to meet directly at the location to discuss potential options and are happy to link in with wedding planners and venues to make the lead up to your big day as smooth as possible.
In preparation for the actual day, we offer a bespoke, full set up and take down service, hire of select venue decorations and anything else that will help to make your day perfect. And we're happy to make your big day florally fantastic whether you live local or Lands End.

Meet the Owner
Anja Norris was born in the lakeside town of Konstanz, perched on Germany's southern border with Switzerland. She went to art school before gaining an apprenticeship under local master florist, Christel Guse and qualifying as a professional florist. After three years, she was fully immersed in the world of floral design, working on a wide range of projects, from weddings to exhibition installations and taking part in competitions. Wider horizons beckoned however, and Anja moved to the UK to pursue a corporate career. This was to prove highly successful, lasting fifteen years before the urge to get back to her creative roots became overwhelming. Anja has kept her love of floral design close-by her entire life, and now, with her creative director husband Chris and floristry team, she is bringing that passion back to life with Derbyshire-based floral design studio and store Norris Floristry. Her work continues to flourish, providing stunning floristry for weddings and exhibitions. She also runs workshops throughout the year where you can learn key floristry skills. Norris Floristry is a member of the British Florists Association, part of the RHS show team and multiple RHS Chelsea Flower Show medal winners.
