Our pizza trailer looks like a shepherds hut on wheels and our BBQ trailer is a converted horse trailer. New to winter 2023 is our new bbq swing grill. Cooking over hot charcoal giving your meat that extra special bbq taste. We love what we do and are passionate about making you the best wood fired pizza and the best bbq food that we can. A few examples of what we do and how we work: For parties, weddings etc we do Pizza Buffets as we can get them out quicker than single pizzas and guests get to try a variety. We do a choice of 6 different 12" wood fired pizzas. We serve them on large wooden serving boards so that guests can come along and help themselves. We tend to mainly use the pizza choices from our normal weekly menu as it suits most guests, however, we are flexible so if you have seen/ tried any of our specials we can do them instead etc. BBQs we of 3 different stages:- Basic - Burgers and sausages. Standard - Burgers, sausages and Pulled Pork. Meat Lovers Dream - Burgers, Sausages, Pulled Pork, Belly Pork Pieces and Brisket. Again, we are flexible so if you just want pulled pork butties or bacon we can do that. We have a range of fresh homemade salads to accompany your pizzas or bbq.

Meet the Owner
Hey, Big Bear's is a family business run by my husband Hugh and myself Jill. When you enquire you will speak to myself. I will let you know what we do, how we work and estimate costings. If you decide to go with us we will work together to make your wedding food perfect. We are really flexible and try to work with you the best that we can. We have been in this industry now for a good few years and know what works and what doesn't work. Hugh will be the one coming with one of our trailers to cook your yummy pizzas or BBQ along with our lovely staff. (On occasions you may get me to :-) ).
