A.P. Chef creates bespoke menus for special occasion parties catering to specific dietary needs. We love bringing people together through food. Our food is all about nourishing food with maximum flavour that is good for the body and the environment with sustainable choices from farm to plate. Ali’s cooking is about celebrating seasonal and exceptional produce and creating inventive dishes that soak up the flavours of the environment. The range of dishes are adapted as different fruit and vegetables blossom into season. Locally sourced meat and fish are used to compliment these vibrant vegetables and A.P. Chef is passionate about working with local producers and farmers, creating dishes from the freshest and most local produce available. A.P. Chef visually maps out a dish as well as creating the recipe as it is important that food feeds into all sensory receptors, which in doing so, feeds the soul. Striving for a positive food cycle that minimises food waste and air miles by inventive cooking techniques and sourcing ingredients from local farmers and fishermen is what A.P. Chef is all about.

My name is Ali and I am the owner of A.P.Chef and you will be working with me directly to plan your special day. The booking process starts with an initial free consultation where we discuss the day and the set up. I can then advise on the menu and the best way of serving the food. I like to know what your food preferences and dislikes are and then I can create a bespoke menu for your special day. Once the main menu is decided I can then suggest the dishes for the dietary requirements as I base this menu on what the main menu is and so there is a bit of a theme across all menus. I am always available on the phone and like to work closely with you as the client in order to create your perfect day.
