We had the most unforgettable wedding experience on 24th February 2024 at the Mecure Norton Grange Hotel & Spa. From the moment we chose this venue, everything exceeded our expectations!

The Norton Grange is a dream wedding venue. The picturesque setting, superb decor, and attention to detail made our special day truly magical! The venue provided the perfect backdrop for our celebration, and our guests were in awe of the beauty and charm of the location.

We cannot thank our Wedding Co-ordinator Charlotte enough for her exceptional support and guidance throughout the wedding planning process. Having a coordinator change two months out from the day did cause us some concerns, but Charlotte's professionalism, expertise, and warm personality made us feel at ease from the moment she took over the planning. She went above and beyond to ensure that she was up to speed with existing arrangements and making our vision become a reality, and we are so grateful for her time and dedication.

On the day of our wedding, the venue team was nothing less than outstanding. Their seamless execution, attention to detail, and genuine care for our guests' experience made the day run smoothly. Another special mention to Venue Manager Mark whose leadership and presence ensured that everything was perfect, and we felt truly taken care of from start to finish.

The wedding breakfast and evening buffet at the Norton Grange were exceptional. Our guests couldn't stop complimenting the delicious food across all of the courses and the impeccable service throughout. The culinary experience provided by the venue exceeded our expectations, and it was a genuine highlight of the day for everyone - some guests commented that it was some of the best food they have had at any wedding they have been to!

The room dressing for our ceremony, wedding breakfast and evening reception was breathtaking. The attention to detail in the decor, floral arrangements, and overall ambiance transformed the spaces into a fairytale setting. The venue's dedication to creating a beautiful atmosphere added a special touch to our wedding day and left a lasting impression on all our guests.

The venue's engagement with all of our suppliers on the day was seamless and professional. The coordination between the venue and our vendors was impeccable, ensuring that every aspect of our wedding day was executed flawlessly. The collaborative approach and effective communication with all involved made the planning process stress-free and the day itself a true success.

I'd heard so many good things about the Norton Grange Hotel and Spa, so when we got engaged it seemed a no-brainer that we come to have a look at the venue and discuss the wedding packages. As soon as we saw the venue and room dressed beautifully, we knew it was the place where we wanted to get married. On the lead up to the wedding, our wedding coordinator changed which caused us some anxiety - we were only 2 months away from getting married! - but Charlotte was brilliant and settled any nerves we had instantly. Charlotte got to know what we'd planned already really quickly and was able to support us with last minute changes/additions. We really appreciate everything that she did for us and because of her and the team, our day went without a hitch and was drama free!! The team on the day were fantastic and talked us through everything we needed to know/answered all of the questions that we were asking due to last minute nerves. All of the team were helpful throughout the day and our guests have commented on how welcoming and friendly the staff were at Norton Grange - a particular shout out to Mark who made sure that everything ran smoothly. The venue decoration was another thing that guests commented on, particularly for the evening - the venue was dressed so well and made it feel extra special. The dance floor (with LED lights) was amazing and very well used! The food on the day was spectacular - we'd been able to go to a food tasting a few months before the wedding to choose our menu and we're so pleased to see the guests faces when they saw what they were having for the wedding breakfast! Every single guests (veggie and meat-eater) complimented every part of the meal with some of our family saying it was the best wedding meal they'd ever had! The food was that good that people were still stuffed when it came to the buffet (although that was delicious too and had a good range of foods for everyone!).

Overall, if you're newly engaged or looking for a wedding venue which is relaxed, stress-free and beautiful, you MUST consider the Norton Grange. What I've written for the review honestly doesn't do it justice, our day was amazing from start to finish and we are so grateful and appreciative for everyone's hard work and dedication. An amazing venue with amazing staff and bloody delicious food. Thank you to everyone who made our wedding so special.

The rooms were spacious and immaculately clean, with stylish decorations and pristine bed linens. The breakfast buffet was delightful, offering a wide array of choices. The staff were attentive, making sure we were comfortable and willing to go above and beyond to assist us.

I spent the weekend at the hotel with friends and family for my wedding. I can honestly say it was the best experience. Charlotte, Mohammed, and the rest of the team were outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble.

The wedding breakfast food was fantastic, and all my guests loved the hotel. I wish we could relive it all over again .

Attended a wedding here Saturday. Great venue. Getting ready the room had patio doors onto an outside space with tables and chairs so everyone could be together whilst bride and bridesmaids were getting ready. Great for the children too - safe for them to play and not be bored.
Great grounds for wedding photos.
The food was delicious and the vegan option was amazing.
Wedding planner Charlotte was faultless and made everything go smoothly.
Would recommend 100% as a wedding venue.

What can we say other than our wedding day at the Norton Grange was absolutely amazing! Charlotte took over as our wedding coordinator in November and she has been brilliant, very professional and nothing has been too much trouble...even on my wedding day when I felt a bit under the weather, she brought me lots of boiled water with honey and lemon which worked a treat :-). Also a big thank you to the hotel Manager Rama who constantly checked in with us on the day to make sure we were happy with everything, which of course we were. You can tell he is passionate about his hotel and it certainly shows! We have got to say all the staff were brilliant, they couldn't do enough for us and everything went smoothly. Big shout out to Mark our MC whose attention to detail on the day made everything effortless and he works so hard, Just one thing to say to any upcoming brides and grooms in the coming months, despite our concerns the renovations currently being undertaken at the hotel had absolutely NO impact on our day....in fact you would never have known any works were being carried out, we saw nothing, heard nothing and our guests were completely unaware of any works being undertaken. In fact when we asked them, their responses were, 'what renovation works?'. Our day was just....PERFECT!! Just wish we could re-live it again and again. Thank you to each and everyone of you at the Norton Grange....x

We had our wedding here at the Norton grange on the 30th may and honestly was the best day we could have ever imagined.
From start to finish the staff was amazing couldn’t do enough for us so helpful and accommodating.

The food we had was outstanding and all our guests couldn’t talk about anything else of how good it was.

Charlotte our wedding planner was always there to ensure we had everything we wanted and nothing was a problem.
To the events manager Mark we stayed for a few days mark still made us feel like we were the only guests in the hotel.
He was always making sure everything was ok and everything was perfect for us, even down to making my daughter bottles of milk at 1.30 in the morning.

Our wedding was perfect in every way but the staff absolutely made it couldn’t ask for anything more even down to the bar staff to the reception staff.
Definitely recommend doing your wedding here.
Me and my husband have since booked a few tribute nights here as well purely down to the food and the staff are.
We can’t wait for our next stay.

We had our wedding here on Saturday 22nd June 2024
From the minute we booked to the actual day everything was amazing. Charlotte and Mark went above and beyond and are absolutely amazing at their job.
We stayed over the night before and the rooms are lovely! Spacious and so comfortable.
The wedding itself was everything I dreamed of. The venue looked beautiful. The food was so delicious every guest commented and said it was the nicest meal they'd had and overall the day went brilliantly. Every member of staff at the norton grange are so helpful and are a credit to the hotel.
I wish I could have the day all over again and wouldn't change a single thing.
Thank you for helping us have the best day of our lives.
