Amazing
My first visit was an amazing experience. I came in just to see what kind of dress I would like and Keeley listened and gave me different options. I didn't expect to find the perfect dress. Keeley was understanding about me needing time to think about the price. When I left couldnt stop thinking about that dress. Made another appointment got the dress and I'm so happy. Excellent service and so kind on both visits. I would highly recommend to anyone.

So what can I say about Keeley. Amazing first visit...Daughter found the dress of her dreams .Communications perfect. Then the dress was too big on fitting (daughter lost.weight) Was told it couldn't be altered. Daughter gutted. Then Keeley offered to sell her the sample dress that was perfect fit at a reduced price. Amazing..But then the not so amazing Keeley sold the dress at half the price she was selling it my daughter. Leaving us 5 months to sort something 1 heartbroken daughter. No one should hear their daughter crying like I did ... Thankfully.we have found someone who can alter the dress.... even though Once upon a bride said it couldn't be altered... hmm pound signs in their eyes I think . So do I recommend this shop...Only if you want your daughter heartbroken and stressed out...Lied to and ripped off..... Avoid like the plague
