Research the supplier on all websites

At the end of the day if you have time or can ask someone you trust to trim the stems of your bouquet at am angle and pop it in a vase of water

Make sure you’ve got things to keep your guests entertained while your not around, you can’t be everywhere at once!

Make sure you take time to yourselves during the day, it’s hard, but try and have at least 5 minutes to yourself to take it all in.
