Review 10 stars Richard and I booked our wedding to be held at the Vineyard as it’s always been a special place to us and had visited a few times previous and felt so welcomed by the venue ambiance and team. We also chose the Vineyard as we could hold the ceremony and reception under one roof and new the food was exceptional. We booked our initial appointment to discuss our wedding with Becky Povey and after leaving this appointment we new we would make our day happen here , once booking the venue 2 years prior to our wedding date we worked along side becky creating our special day , this journey was magical , nothing was to much trouble, exceptional service the whole way , expert professionalism , fantastic talent from all aspects of the involvement in creating our special day , from all team in all areas , my stay prior to wedding was made magical and relaxed by all the team , our wedding day was exceptional, beautiful, magical , fairytale, 120 % Perfection in every aspects of venue , team , food ambiance so perfect just words can’t express how overwhelmed we both where and can’t thank everyone involved in our day enough . Our additional stay over was a day never to forget as filled with such happy emotional memories which involved all members of the Vineyard team , I believe it’s not the product and materials of a day it’s the journey creating the day and the Vineyard team all involved made this very magical and we will hold these beautiful memories in our hearts forever . We can’t recommend the Vineyard enough , all brides and grooms need to book there special day here . Richard and I can’t thank the Vineyard enough for being part of our journey and magical day and thank you all individually . Guests are still extremely complementary of what an amazing venue / wedding we had . We will be visiting you all regular for sure and thinking of renewing vows already. We met Becky Povey at the Vineyard in January 2018 to discuss the possibility of booking the venue for the following month for our Wedding. Becky filled us with confidence that our dream date was achievable even though there was only 5 weeks to the big day. Becky recommended many of the suppliers, including a florist (Karen), pianist (Richard) and make-up artist (Jenny), they were all very pleasant to work with.
Throughout the planning, Becky was extremely attentive, organised & professional with every email responded to promptly & with guidance.
The taster menu was a wonderful evening, we were totally spoilt, it made us more excited about our up and coming wedding day.
The big day soon arrived, the ceremony and wedding breakfast room looked stunning and the hotel rooms were beautiful. The food was exquisite, the service we received on the big day was outstanding; we couldn’t have asked for more. All our guests spoke highly of the overall experience, we would like to give a special thanks to Becky & her team for making our wedding day really special, thank you.

Thank you so very much for being our wedding coordinator - you were simply tremendous throughout. You are so professional & efficient which made planning so easy! I thought I was in for a stressful few months from watching other couples plan a wedding but for us, it was completely stress free! We have been speaking non-stop about how perfect our day was with family who agree.

We met with Becky and from the first meeting we know we had to get married here. Becky is the most amazingly organised, professional and lovely person. We felt very well taken care of after what was a stressful time.
The vineyard is perfect for a small wedding which is exactly what we wanted and the chef even made all of our cakes bespoke to suit my pink tea party theme. The prices are very reasonable for the level of service/quality that you receive - I genuinely felt like a princess for the day.
We have a little Bichon Frise who needed to be included in the wedding and arrangements were made to make this happen- they even closed the California bar so Daisy could join us for dinner the evening before.
My husband and I will be staying at The Vineyard and having dinner at least every year on our anniversary. We would highly recommend the hotel as a wedding venue! Thank you to all the staff for making our day possible.

Where do we start? From the introduction with a very professional wedding planner "Becky" who made us feel like VIP's! A special thank you to Becky and the team at The Vineyard, who all made sure we had the time of our lives on what I can only describe as "The Best Day of Our Lives"! The professionalism and the level of service we received that day, were second to none.
We felt very proud to hold our wedding at The Vineyard and would thoroughly recommend exclusive use, setting the tone for a very classy wedding and the atmosphere at the hotel was amazing! The wedding felt unique and holding the wedding breakfast in the beautiful restaurant gave our wedding an extra special touch.
Our evening reception was fantastic too. The live band worked really well on the balcony with all the guests dancing the night away below them. It goes without saying, being able to tailor make our day, was what helped set our wedding apart from the norm.

A perfect wedding day
The Vineyard gave us a beautiful wedding day. The personal service was exceptional and we loved every moment from the start of the planning to the end of the day. We held our event in the Calistoga suite and California bar. For our day, the room was divided into two smaller halves so that we had separate areas for the ceremony, cocktail hour, wedding breakfast and evening celebrations. The rooms were all staged and decorated specially for their own part of the day and The Vineyard organised the transitions from one room to the next seamlessly. We particularly enjoyed moving through the various rooms as this gave each part of the day its own distinct feel and special memories. For our wedding breakfast, we chose a 4 course tasting menu with matching wines selected by the sommelier. The Vineyard team worked with us through a private menu tasting and much feedback to refine the food, wine and even presentation of the dishes to incorporate our specific tastes and preferences. When the menu was delivered with faultless silver service on the day it exceeded all of our expectations. Wedding planning support was also excellent. We had a consistent wedding planner throughout, who was always available for questions and suggestions. She also helped with recommending many of our suppliers including an outstanding florist, pianist and DJ. The final pre wedding meeting was held with our wedding planner and the event manager, both of whom were present on the day to ensure everything went smoothly and we didn't need to worry about a thing.
