I don't really have a hairdresser, I don't get my hair cut that often and go wherever is closest at the time. I found a hairdresser in a local salon and we started talking about the wedding and I booked a trial with her months ago. I had the trial recently and she did my hair really nicely but it took her ages to come back to me with a quote and when I confirmed I wanted her to do it on the day it took her a few days to get back to me as well. I messaged her about a week ago wanting to confirm times etc. as I'm getting married in three weeks and again I haven't heard anything.
It was the only trial I had with a hairdresser. I am getting worried that she may not turn up on the day but I hate chasing people so I don't know whether to find someone else and let this person know I wont be needing their services or whether to text again and give her another chance to come back to me.
What do you all think? I don't want to be left on the morning of the wedding with no hairdresser!

maybe have this exact conversation with her - explain that obviously it's very important that you have assurance for your wedding day. That you were extremely happy with the trial and really do want her to be your hairdresser for the day but you really need her to give you a certain and definite answer on whether she can assure you she will be there
When we met: August 2009
When we announced engagement: December 2015
When we will get married: September 2017
