Is December (8 months before the wedding) too early to get my bridesmaid dresses, I am on a budget but found the perfect bridesmaids dress on eby with a seller in the UK. I a have contacted the seller and they have said that the dress is popular in the run up to Christmas, but they can not guarantee having stock after Christmas. Is it too early to get them?
My mum really wants me to get them and has even offered to lend me the money to get them if I get them now, but I worry that its to soon to get them and I will annoy my bridesmaids.
I bought mine a year in advance... I am having a summer wedding and was thinking that 6 months in advance will leave me buying them in Feb.... Itll be really difficult to buy light summer dresses in Feb so I got them early. Also, very much a believer that if you see what you want, and are certain, then whats the harm in buying earlier?! x x

I would say get them now hun. My friend is getting married next August and she got our dresses last month. As long as your bridesmaids arent planning on losing or putting on any weight then I say go for it! xxx

Mine arrived in May this year, 5 months before. I got them slightly big as the girls were growing and thought it would be easier to have them taken in than out. As long as they are not going to grow massively I'd say go for it.
Definately get them now. I got mine with 7/8 months to go and they are happily sitting in my wardrobe.

Get them now :) I am getting mine at the same time as my wedding dress as we tryiing to do it all in one day in febuary wich will be 9 months before the wedding x

get them now if you think it is what you want, also make sure that your bridesmaids is not planning to lose weight or get pregnant before your wedding, if not you might have to find another dress for them. also ask if there is any extra fabric for minor alteration

I wanted Red bridesmaid dresses and they are only really in stock in November/December time so i knew i would be buying mine early. Then i found the exact ones i wanted for £30 each so would have been stupid not to get them. So get them is you find them and good price but i have told my bridesmaid they cannot gain or lose weight so should be fine xxx

GET THEM!! I recently got mine of the bay of e too - and we don't get married for another year!! They were such a bargain at £32 each, I couldn't not. The only reason 1 of them might change size is if she's pregnant, but then i'll cross that bridge when i come to it, and either get her another dress or something like that! She might not even want to be a bridesmaid if she's pregnant!
