Okay so h2b is the best man for our best man (if that makes sense lol) and our best man is getting married in the summer and wants h2b to plan his stag do for him. H2b is only 22 so has never actually been on a stag do before, so he wants me to ask you ladies if your men have any good ideas for their stag or any that they've been to? I know a lot of men go for weekends abroad but h2b and best man definitely can't afford to do that, but h2b does like the idea of going to another city if anyone knows of any good cities for stags? Or any ideas really.
    Thanks girls! Xx

Where abouts are you from Joanna?

I know some have gone to Brighton, Bournemouth, Manchester, Liverpool etc....
My OH is going to a stag do end of April and they are going to a Butlins for the weekend and potentially go-karting/paint balling/clay pigeon shooting if this helps?

Also would be a good idea to have some dares lined up but they have to not be too bad that no one wants to do them! x

adding to my last post, given the time of year could also consider kayaking or white water rafting?

I don't really know what to suggest but I know that Newcastle is a great night out and there is a lovely little hotel near the angel that is cheap, cost two of us £140 for a full weekend bed and breakfast. And its about £6 for a taxi to the town.

I'm from Nottingham. So most places are easy to get to for a weekend away. Or if anyone knows of anything good to do in Nottingham.
I think they'd like to do something active like go karting etc as well as a night out but we have no idea how expensive that would be lol
I've always heard Newcastle is a good night out! The only problem is would b&b's take a group of men on a stag do? Lol xx

I think it all depends on the groom and what he is in to?
I saw a bunch of guys on stag in brighton a few years ago they were all dressed as V from vendetta and looked brilliant. They went on the rides on the peer and im guessing hit the town for pub and clubs after.....

There are theme parks and things if the groom is a bit of a thrill seeker.
Go karting for petrol head grooms. Pot holing / abseiling experiences.
Paintball...... we went to laser tag for our hag do, followed by a meal, had 34 of us and had a brilliant day but then neither of us are very big drinkers and neither of us wanted to celebrate seperatley as we have been friends for over a decade and have the same big circle of friends also, it seemed daft to split everyone up.

He could plan a mixmatch of various activities to suit a whole range of ages and interests..... Cinema, bowling, etc....
Would it be just a day / night thing or a weekend? Has the bride to be put any rules down for the groom?
There are loads of options but i would suggest that he talk to the groom about what he is thinking ideally really.... Good luck.

The problem is the groom doesn't know either lol that's why he's told h2b to organise it all haha. Luckily, him and h2b are really similar so they like the same things lol.
Ooh thanks for the link mrsb2b! :)
