We had our table names of Las Vegas hotels.... We love Vegas I've been 3 times now & hubby 4 times and it was Vegas we got engaged and had our honeymoon there ( & 2nd wedding while out there)

We are naming ours after the most romantic cities in the world. H2B and I are old school romantics and he wont let me have famous romantic couples, so this was our compromise :p x

We are having pictures rather than names.
We are having card numbers as H2b enjoys playing poker and going to the casino and along side that we have a Betty Boop picture as I am obsessed, to the point my poor H2b has to sometimes put up with a double duvet set of Betty Boop lol! I have turned both pictures to fit our colour scheme, purple.

I'm not sure what to have! Were having the colours teal and ivory and a butterfly theme so i was thinking maybe names of blue butterfly species as we will only have 5 tables plus the head table, its the only thought i've had on it so far. If anyone has any better ideas it'd be much appreciated :)

were having greek gods/godesses as we are in greece and having blue and gold as our colours!!
My friend who's an artist is designing the table cards with pictures of each of the gods on it, on the other side will be the description of what they represent :-) xx

We had 12 tables which was perfect for the 12 Chinese zodiac signs. We had on the back of the signs a description of the typical person with that sign and for applicable ones had the days notable person with that sign I.e. the bride, groom, mum, dads, sisters, bridesmaids and groomsmen who had that star sign.

Since we're both huge nerds, we're thinking about naming the table after some of our favourite shows. Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Scoobies, Timelords, Serenity, Enterprise, Rebell Alliance, Angel Investigation.... Still working out the details though ;)

I want to name the tables after songs from our favourite band (Our Lady Peace), as we both love them; however H2B has recently decided he prefers to name them after superheroes and villans as we are having a bit of a superhero mini-theme running throughout the wedding (logo cufflinks, our toppers will be made to look like superheroes, I have an Ironman mask on my garter etc). Just can't decide between the two! x

H2B and i are massive UFC fans, I'm certain we wouldn't have gotten together without our first conversation being about that weekends fight. Every Sunday our bridesmaid and best man come to our house and we watch UFC so to honour this our table Names will be our favourite fighters.
It's a bit odd and most people would never peg me as a fight fan but those closest to us will definitely get the reference and we thought it was a nice subtle way to give a nod to our love of MMA!

We are having ages as table numbers - so instead of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.... it will be 1, 7, 13, 17, 23 etc (important ages in our lives) then pics of us at this age and what we were doing/in to at the time, we met each other at 17 - so a lot will be us together, the younger ages will show how similar/different we were - trying to make them as funny - but not too embarrassing - as possible!
