Maybe just word it something like
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am just wondering if you may be to help me in some way possible. My partner and myself are due to be wed in four months time and he is a big F1 fan. I am hoping to get him some kind of best wedding wishes and thought maybe your F1 team may be to help fulfill my wish. I fully understand if this request is quite random or maybe impossible to fulfill but just thought it was worth a shot no matter how long of a shot it was. Fingers crossed and eagerly awaiting your reply.
