hi,iv just recieved my wedding dress,i bought it at***8******* (based in china!) i thought that i wouldnt really like it as i had only seen the pic of it,but i read the reviews and people were pleased with the dresses,so i decided to go ahead with it as they are soooo cheap. as soon as i open the box i fell in LOVE with it. its so amazing. i would recomend this site to other brides to be. mine cost £130 inc p&p. it fits perfectly,im normally a size 8,but orderd a size 10 (as i heard wedding dresses are made smaller) im on a budget of £5000,so i didnt want to pay loads for the dress( and not forgeting im only going to wear this dress once!) has any one else orderd online?

Hey, thats great that you've found your perfect dress online, ive been searching the net and found loads that i like but im never sure if they would suit me!! i went into monsoon at the weekend and tried on some dresses they were beautiful but ive not made my mind up yet. We are also on a tight budget and are looking into the holiday inn package for £1000 i dont know whether you've heard of it but its a bargain!! When are you getting married? xxx

I think the holiday inn package is different for wherever you are, i am from leicester and the £1000 package includes ceremony room hire, 2 course wedding breakfast for 30 guests, drinks reception for 30 guests, evening buffet for 60 guests, overnight accomodation for bride and groom, breakfast the next morning plus full use of the hotels facilities, i am hoping to get married in june/july next year. I would contact your nearest holiday inn for their package details. hope this helps! xx
ive been looking online for a dress but dont know if they would suit me!! i am going to start going into shops soon and trying different styles on, is that what u done? as for photographers i am getting one that will just do the pics for me and give them to me on a disc. there is a website called ********* where u can make your own albums they even have storybook ones, think ill order one first to see what they turn out like but they look like they would be quite nice, and always have deals on such as buy 2 get 3rd free, the highest amount i saw one for was £40! my photographer charging £500 so saving quite a bit.

thats a bargain for your photographer, my friend knows someone who stays with you for the whole day and gives you every photo he takes for £400 apparently he just enjoys what he does and hasnt got a business!
Ive still not been wedding dress shopping! we went to monsoon last week and tried on a few there that i liked there really cheap too!

I love the idea of a black and white theme, we've not decided on a colour yet, i really like sage green but my partner isnt so keen we went to our 1st wedding fayre today it was lots of fun!!
Make sure you read up on the feedback of these chinese makers and some buyers have not been happy with the quality of the dress.

Most dresses in bridal shops are normally two sizes smaller, so if your a 12, you really need to be looking at a 16, its really strange.
The chinese dress makers on ebay seem to ask for actual measurements, rather than dress size. I am just starting to try getting a business making wedding dresses up and running.

gonna get married june 2012 so plenty of time yet!! I'll have to look into the dress makers online won't i lol tomake sure they're reputable, and I think some of them give you extra fabric just incase it's too small or anything. this is the dress i really want (ebay lol) lemme know what you reckon lol, I've not seen one like it in shops..

wow that dress is stunning i would never be able to carry that off, im after something quite simple and fitted were stil struggling with a colour my partner says he doesnt like green but doesnt come up with any alternatives!!!!!1 we went to a wedding fayre at the weekend and saw some chair sashes in the colour green and they looked lovely so everything crossed ive managed to persuade him!!!

dont know what yheyre actually like, but gorgeous stuff on website. It'd be worth testing their quality with somthing small maybe? then you know what therye like for delivery times etc before you order anything expensive :] <3 x

I am also going to be ordering my dress online, it was going to be made by a friend, but due to cost of fabric etc we have decided i should save the money by buying one of the china ones and she will make the alterations to make it exactly what i want. My friend bought her dress from china on bay of e, i actually bidded and won it for her as she didnt have an account, she got it for £80 and it was perfect for her.

Right, I'll try and repost my question again. I'm looking for advice about a particular website which is selling wedding dresses. from looking at the "about us" page, its a UK based company with manufactures in China. I've been trying for the life of me, to find an independent review about this site. My previous post did have a link for the site, which I now found out is classed as advertising and got deleted. Would someone be so kind as to look at my page to see the site I am referring to and give me your reviews.
