I'm getting married 2 years tomorrow and we chose bank hol monday cuz of its usual reliable good weather but after the past few days i dont if i'm happy about it!!!! :(
If I wanted a rainy wedding I would have chosen a colder month and saved a lot of cash :( xxx
feeling sorry for myself sorry girls

The problem with this country is you can never guarantee the weather. We chose October as then I won't be expecting it to be nice & if it is then a bonus, that and the fact it is saving us £2000 doing it then. Hope the weather us much better for you in 2 years time!! As long as it stays dry for photos that 's I'd be happy xxx

We planned to get married in Sept thinking that the last few years it has been better weather than in the summer months. Fingers crossed it will be. Last year was lush in Sept but its not hopeful for this year so far. I'm hoping that it will be crappy this year and amazing next year. (sorry to all those getting married this Sept its selfish of me I know)

I have ben checking the 30 day forecast - its looking ok for me :P
Someone I know got married in Italy in August and it rained! Massive thunderstorm - it was actually quite cool and dramatic to watch over the mountains once everyone moved inside.

Id LOVE it if we got a thunderstorm on our wedding day - would fit right in with the theme!

We're getting married in July, and although it's mid summer, we know you can't guarantee the weather... We chose our 1st choice venue cos we loved the outside space and the fact you can get married outside, but then thought better of it and went for a venue we liked the inside of, and it's got some "bonus" nice outside space if it does happen to be sunny
Now Mrs Cobb!!!!!! :-D
