best thing to do is ask on here what everyone is having for a 1st dance, it may give you some ideas. We all love saying what our choices are and why. Or work out if you want a slow slushy song/a deep and meaningful or something a lil more powerful and take it from there. xx

Start with what music you're both into and go from there. Sometimes I might have heard a song a million times, then when I actually 'listen' to it, I get a totally different feeling about it cuz I've related to the music or the lyrics. It could be a song that was played a lot when you first met, first song you heard after you got engaged, a childhood song that means something more personal now, something you both have had a messaround to and shout along with at the top of your lungs....I'm sure byu just listing songs for different reasons, your song will pop up from nowhere :) Good luck!! x

We have a song that is perfect for us and may aswell have been written for when we got together, but i'm rolling down the aisle to that song, as it seems perfect to do so.. and we are having are first dance (which is everyone getting up and dancing to endless love) since I'll struggle to dance in the wheelchair. lmao xx

our "song" was a song i remember was our first kiss in h2b's car too and it was james blunt - beautiful but ill be damned if thats our first dance lol

download spotify, and then type in wedding. There are LOADS of wedding albums on there, and then just go through the songs till you find one that fits! I do this all the time..... and keep changing my mind.

I wanted something that was "us" rather than a typical first dance song, so narrowed it down to Oasis, Kasabian and Mumford & Sons. Then looked at the lyrics to see what was most apt.
