With a vintage theme you can always make a lot of your decorations. We are also having a vintage theme for our wedding and I am going to be making all our decorations. I am saving up glass jars etc. to decorate up with lace, ribbon, and twine. I have done a few for around the home which look lovely and I think I have a photo in my albums if you want to have a look for a little inspiration? :) The vintage theme is lovely because it can be made very unique for each individual and it allows for the use of old battered things such as old suitcases and it won't look odd. We have bought an old suitcase which we are going to be using for cards and just decorate it up a little to match the theme xx

In my opinion there is more than one 'vintage' theme. I think of vintage as gatsby style glamour whilst another person may think of it as being the shabby chic sort of look

It just depends what you would like?
